On the hills above Porto Rotondo, in a beautiful village immersed in the scent and the green of the Mediterranean vegetation in a panoramic position, ideal for a relaxing holiday, about 8 km from Porto Rotondo is an excellent starting point to visit the most beautiful beaches of the Coast
The village is in the hills less than 5 km from the sea as Gulf of Cugnana, just 15 minutes you can get to the port of Olbia, 25 minutes to the port of Golfo Aranci and 20 minutes to the airport of Olbia
Terraced house 6 beds of 60 square meters on two levels, with equipped veranda, outdoor shower with hot water and private garden, in the accommodation is air conditioning and Wi-Fi
The interior has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, and satellite TV, oven, crockery service, large pantry, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a capacious closet .
From the living area there is access to a large mezzanine with double bed.
Large equipped outdoor veranda, private garden, outdoor shower with hot water.

Guests have access to the private parking in front of the house

Nice property

Property was clean and nicely appointed. However, some details were missed. The refrigerator was not working and we had to pull it out and plug it into another outlet to get it to work. Induction stove was slightly problematic. Missing things that you normally would have; paper towels, dishwashing soap, Dishwashing detergent. Also, the coffee pot would not work on the stove as it was not correct for an induction stove. Host was very attentive just needs to pay a little more attention to details.

Una propiedad bien ubicada para visitar la Costa Esmeralda, en el este de Cerdeña. Apartamento limpio y bien equipado en una urbanización en plena naturaleza. Ángela, la propietaria, siempre atenta y dispuesta. Muy recomendable.

Family of 4 adults staying in sole ruiu.

The house of Angela is very clean when you arrive. You can always contact her, she is always ready to answer any questions. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the tennis court. The airco worked very well for the ground floor. If you sleep upstairs you need a van. The only pity is that you always need a car. We had a lovely stay so I fully recommend staying at the house of Angela.
