Main floor consists of an open concept layout with open to the ceiling living room, cozy fireplace. The modern kitchen with mix and match maple cabinets and white glazed doors, granite countertops. The upgraded wood flooring is in natural colour to complement the neutral wall paint colour. The upper floor consists of a large master bedroom with a walking closet and a well appointed master en suite. There are two additional bedrooms of good size and another 4piece bath to serve them. The basement is fully developed and consists of another bedroom, a very spacious family room and a full bath. The property is located within a few blocks from bus stops.

Stampede visit.

Our family came to Calgary for our son's wedding and during the Stampede. We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner was available and accommodating if we had any questions. The house was comfortable, well located and had lots of beds and room. We also enjoyed a day at the home where the young kids ran and played in the large, fenced backyard area and we enjoyed the proximity to Nosehill Park! We will certainly look at renting this home again on our future visits to Calgary.

Very spacious, clean and accommodating!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed ready to go. Plenty of room (even some extra) for everyone with six bedrooms. The house is close to the airport, restaurants, and stores. It is in a quiet area with a nice backyard. The house was perfect for our needs and owner communication was good while we were there. Still waiting for damage deposit back after almost two weeks.

All the way from Texas!!

This was our first time to Canada, and we couldn't have asked for a better home where we could unwind and relax! It was, clean, spacious and comfortable! Only about 65 miles to beautiful Banff, and it's a wonderful drive!

Mr Julius was most helpful in everything! So attentive and FAST to respond to any needs... not that there were many at all!!

Note to those who plan on doing a lot of cooking: while the pots, pans and utensils are more than adequate, there was not much more than salt, pepper and a basic steak rub seasoning. But a big plus... Walmart is right around the corner!!:) Among many other stores and shops!

Overall, a wonderful stay!!! We would defiantly do it again, and would highly recommend this home to anyone!!

Lovely house with plenty of room for our two families.

This house was ideal for our stay in Calgary. The many bedrooms gave us ample options to accommodate our two families. The owners went out of their way to help us settle in by taking us shopping on our arrival day. It seems they would consider any reasonable request which makes this the best holiday rental I've ever had.

The property is equipped with everything and more you could need for your stay.

We had a fantastic holiday here and made many happy memories.
