Welcome to this fantastic home, completely refurbished and never lived in since renovation. Main floor consists of an open concept layout with open to the ceiling living room, cozy fireplace. The modern kitchen with mix and match maple cabinets and white glazed doors, granite countertops. The upgraded wood flooring is in natural colour to complement the neutral wall paint colour. The upper floor consists of a large master bedroom with a walking closet and a well appointed master en suite. There are two additional bedrooms of good size and another 4piece bath to serve them. The basement is fully developed and consists of another bedroom, a very spacious family room and a full bath. The property is located within a few blocks from bus stops.

The Calgary Stampede ground can be easily accessed by taking an LRT from Lion's Park Station, a 7-10minutes drive from the property or by a bus ride from a bus stop a few blocks away from the property.

The home affords Calgary visitors easy access to highways to Kananaski and Banff skiing resorts, mountain climbing, etc.

We enjoyed our stay here for 1 week. I would highly recommend it.

The house was very comfortable . Liked the area, close drive to Costco and grocery store. Only downside is the seating situation in the living room. Only 2 loveseats. A couch would be nice for more seating. .

Great stay in Calgary

This property is a perfect place to stay if you have a large group with so many bedrooms. It was close to everything in the Northwest, Downtown, Kensington, airport and highway to the beautiful mountains. The owner was there to help with anything needed. Will stay in his rentals again next time and thanks for everything :)))

Property was ideal in size and location for our trip.

This property was fantastic for our trip as it was literally a couple of streets away from our relatives. The house itself was more than comfortable in size, and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the garden and large basement. The property is in an area that is easily accessible to most areas of interest and tourist attraction, but nice and quiet.

Calgary Stampede

We planned our family trip to Calgary to spend 4 days at the Calgary Stampeded and found the perfect place to stay!! The house was a perfect location for us- a little out of town but close enough to everything. . Wonderful walking park nearby- Nose Hill Park. The house was newly remodeled, nice kitchen area with a variety of appliances and cooking items.. Nice size bedrooms/baths - Beds very very comfortable ! . Julius and his wife where very gracious and helped us navigate around the area ( Grocery Stores, Best C-Station & Parking -Dalhousie Station -which took us right to the Stampeded grounds), Our damage deposit was refunded promptly. We would highly recommend this to our family and friends, Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Excellent home to stay at.

I had the pleasure of renting this property for a period of 10 days.

The house was very clean with plenty of room and located in a superb neighborhood. From the first viewing right through to check out, Julius was a pleasure to deal with and could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. this house sleeps 10 people. We had 10 people staying and their was plenty of room. the house was a lot bigger than it looked and we were not tripping over each other. On the Tuesday I call Julius to inform him I would like to have a BBQ and invite some people over. Not only was this not a problem, but Julius came around and filled the propane tank and supplied extra chairs for our guests. I would not hesitate to recommend this house and Julius to anybody who is looking to stay in Calgary. Excellent price and refund paid pack in full within a few days.

Go ahead and book this place, you won't regret it.

Owner's Response: It is always our pleasure to welcome our guests with open arms.The Kevin Wheeler group was a wedding party from Scotland. They were very polite and respected our property like they would their own. They left the property clean and tidy and our cleaners had very little or nothing to clean. Over this summer period, we have redone the the deck which comfortably seats 6-8 people. We have also added three counter top bar stools increase the sitting capacity around the kitchen to 11.Our last four groups of guests have been in excess of 6 because of the space and comfort. A lot of vacation rentals become crowded with the number of guests we host in this property. One common positive remark, amongst others, by our guests is the neighbourhood - quiet, respectable and safe. They also find our rates good value for their money We are encouraged by the positive reviews we have been receiving in the last 6months since we started requesting our guests if they would like to write review on us. We will continue to be good hints to our good guests. Happy Stampede to our out of town guests and to all the one who have booked from now till January.

nice town house to accomodate multiple familes

We rented this town house to accommodate 2 families of total 7 people including two children. As I entered the house, I noticed crumbs on the floor of the living room and the kitchen. There were hair left that didn't get cleaned up in the bathroom. Also, nails were on the floor of the room located downstairs in the basement. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. However, there are no condiments other than basic salt and pepper. So, if you want to cook a meal, you must buy pretty much all the ingredients, which we had no problem doing so. On the 1st floor, there is a small room enough for one person. Upstairs, there are 3 rooms and 1 room downstairs in the basement so it's perfect for multiple families. This town house is close to the grocery store so we had no problem driving a few minutes to get anything we needed while our stay. It is very cozy and quiet. We had wonderful time exploring Canada.

Julius: I think it would be a good idea for you to inspect the place after the cleaning folks do their job to see if everything is satisfactory before the renters arrive. Just my thought!,
