From a round of golf at one of the world most scenic golf courses, bike rides, hiking and horse riding to day excursions to the cultural triangle, wildlife parks and the glorious water falls amongst the tea plantations of Newara Eliya & Ella.
Subashri is located by the 3rd Fairway at the Victoria Golf & Country Resort just outside Kandy.

As a resident of Subashri, you will have full access to the Golf Club and only have to pay Green Fees for around of golf. You can either provide the groceries or your villa guardian can shop and cook for you for reimbersment of costs. Cooking charges will apply. Once you have booked, I too can help you with planning meals. For your convenience we do have some menus that can serve as a guideline for possible meals.
Subashri is a great base to explore Sri Lanka. Locally, cultural excursions to the ancient rock temple on Bumbara Rock just a short walk away or to the World Heritage city of Kandy where the most sacred relic of the Buddha is housed in the Temple of the Tooth, once part of the Palatial complex of the Last King of Sri Lanka or even attending cricket matches at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, (also known as Muttiah Muralitharan International Cricket Stadium) in Kandy, trekking on the Knuckles Mountain Range or whitewater rafting. The train journey to Ella and back both nostalgic as well as wondrous.

Day trips are also possible to other ancient cities such as Dambula & Sigiriya; hiking at World's End and going on safari in Minneriya National Wildlife Park or visit the elephant foundation, where you can participate in the care of elephants.

Subashri's 4 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are all air conditioned, ensuite bathrooms and balconies with the view of the knuckles range. All rooms can be converted to family rooms by adding up to, two extra beds- and increase the capacity of each room up to 3-4 people per room. There is WiFi throughout the house.

The pool room is located by the heated pool and has a Smart TV, DVD player and Satellite TV, as well as board games and DVD’s. This room has a double bed that can be made up to provide you with a 5th bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Subashri is a great venue for holidays with friends and family. It is also well located to provide you with a great base to explore the diversity that is Sri Lanka.

Children under 3 years of age will not be charged.

We can also assist in your airport transfers as well as train tickets and day excursions for an additional charge.
