Belle maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, garage 34 avec une porte avant et arriÚre. Piscine de 38 pieds. Internet haut débit et cùble. A double parking de camping-car. Excellent emplacement idéal prÚs du lac et des magasins sur un immense terrain de coin privé pouvant accueillir 4 voitures et un parking pour bateaux et / ou véhicules de camping. Des tonnes d'intimité avec le confort et l'étude de la direction. Intérieur exceptionnellement décoré avec toutes les commodités d'une maison exécutive. Il n'y a pas de caméras de sécurité à l'intérieur de la maison.

Great house with pool and Hot Tub

Brandon was a gracious and accommodating host. We loved the property and the accommodations. The enclosed backyard was a real plus and something we will look for going forward as we had always stayed in condos but this privacy was so much better. We biked every day as it's a great community and we decided we may very well stay in Lake Havasu City next year (maybe even this house if available).and enjoyed having a hot tub after bike rides or hiking in the hills nearby.

We stayed 10 days at the property. The house was clean and had basic kitchen and household supplies. It is located on a very busy and noisy street but a quick trip to shopping and downtown.

Too much noisse

The is shabby. We had toilet problems that was not resolved quickly. The road noise from outside the house was awful. There was problem with a leaking toilet that did not ger resolved without upset . The house is a little shabby and needs better cleaning. The pool was the best part .

Broken AC Owner Unresponsive

Beware of this owner. AC broke, owner did nothing to fix the problem and it was 115 degrees outside. Truly a nightmare staying at his house. Would have left but it was a busy weekend in Havusu and we couldn't find any other available dog friendly homes. Owner Has several video cameras in/around property. Terrible experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Amazing house and host!

Stay here if you can! Awesome house, great pool and yard. Brandon was an amazing host too. Super accommodating and flexible. I don’t see how any of the negative comments could be valid after stay at his house for almost a month and no I do t know him. Ha. We moved from Las Vegas to town and the property had some delays. Again. Stay here if you get the chance!!!!

nice clean home, comfortable beds. It is a 5 mile drive to anywhere. Located on a very busy road. Disappointed with no heated pool on behave of miss communication on my behave as well as the owner. Owner was easy to contact and understanding..

Love this house!

I stayed here for two months and loved every minute of it! The house is beautifully maintained, everything works. It is well supplied, you have everything you need and the layout of the house is fantastic. My dogs LOVED the giant fenced-in backyard and the pool is beautiful. Communication with the owner was always quick and he was just really helpful as I was unfamiliar with the area. I was honestly sad to leave it. I will definitely try to stay here first whenever I return to Havasu! Thanks.

Havasu stay

Our stay was pretty disappointing to say the least. I booked our stay about 6 months in advance and when we got there the house was awesome but we got to the backyard and they had pallets of tiles around the pool the patio area was packed with equipment so we couldn’t use the lounge chairs. Day 3 of our stay we were woken up at 6am by workers in the backyard demoing the tile around the pool and this went on for 4 days and not only were we woken up but we weren’t able to let our dogs out to use the backyard and we weren’t able to use the pool. So much for our family vacation. All in all the house would’ve been comfortable without the construction.

Upsetting

I am very disappointed in this property. There was dead bugs In the kitchen, it looked like it hang been swept and the pool was dirty when we arrived. We got interrupted twice in our stay at this location, the first was the pool cleaning guy whom was suppose to go over and clean the pool on Wednesday not Thursday’s(although we were glad he came to clean it, but still it should’ve been done before our arrival) and the host of this property went into the house without letting us know. To top it off he went inside the premises while we were out in the lake!!! I don’t think this is appropriate behavior! Also the host had cameras in the property that I wasn’t aware of. Not once did he ask me if it was okay to have cameras recording us in our stay and not once is it mentioned in the agreement he sends out. This is by far the first bad experience I’ve had while booking with VRBO.

A little getaway

Brandon was communicative and provided detailed and simple rules for the home. The pool was nice and cold and the beds were super comfy. Store locations were really close and the distance to London Bridge was close as well. My whole family and doggies enjoyed their stay and would definitely recommend and come back again.

Relaxing & Fun

This was a great home for our visit. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool water was a bit cold, but did feel refreshing in the hot afternoon. The owner provided everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Great location made it easy to find our way around the town. Quiet neighborhood with easy access and parking. Highly recommend. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Very relaxing time at Lake Havasue City

The home was Very Nice, We enjoyed Our stay and were totally. The pool was well maintained and Very Relaxing. The weather was great but a little hot during the afternoons but all in all I do appreciate Brandon opening up his home to us during our stay there. Comfortable home, great location

We had a wonderful time at this great home. A few items in the kitchen could use an upgrade/replacement, but all in all it was comfortable, and fully stocked with all items that we needed. It was located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, with easy access to many shopping areas, and restaurants. Although the weather was a bit cooler than normal, and the pool wasn't heated, we still enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The owner was not nearby at the time we were staying there, however; he was always accessible via phone or text message. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home! It was a welcome retreat from the cold & snowy state of Minnesota! We had a great time & wish we could have stayed longer!
