Welcome to our river home! Just 6 minutes from the London Bridge and 8 minutes from the Windsor boat launch, this home offers ample parking with a circular driveway and side parking for boats, trailers, and toys. Enjoy the dream backyard with a pool, spa, and more. Our game room ensures endless fun, making this the perfect escape for family getaways or groups of friends. Pets are permitted (maximum of 2) with a $100 cleaning fee. Please let me know in advance.

Host was super nice and very responsive everything was clean and organized. The backyard set up was great and would be perfect for families. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vrbo! The location was perfect; close to lots of restaurants, parks, beaches, and London Bridge. The house itself was very nice - clean and decorated well. We had two small toddlers with us and really liked how the pool had a shallow edge for them to play on. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely rebook here.

Great property with all the "nice touches" - updated furnishings, comfortable mattresses and a lovely walk in shower. Good, consistent communication with owner who was interested in our satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for relaxation

We fully enjoyed the house and property. It was perfect for our family of 4. We would explore lake Havasu and use the pool daily . It was perfect and we will definitely be back

Homey atmosphere. Loved sitting by the fire at night. Hot tub was nice. Too cold for pool. Lots of room. Cooked big breakfasts. First time visiting Havasu. Highly recommend.

Girls Spring Break Get-Away

My daughter, her friend (both 20 years old) & I wanted a Spring break vacation & wanted a place with a pool. This home was amazing & made you feel right at home with all the amenities, pool & hot tub, fire table & the game room. Check In & Check Out was so easy & Ting even checked in with me via email the next day to see how we were settling in & if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I work very hard and we wanted a nice quite relaxing place to unwind and celebrate my birthday. I booked this property specifically for the hot tub and pool and definitely did not disappoint đŸ€—. The property was very clean and welcoming and had a variety of cooking and kitchen supplies. Close to all happening things in Havasu. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. 10/10

Lovely Time in Havasu!

The home is beautiful, clean, & organized. The beds are really comfy--slept amazing. Ting, the host, is an A host, she goes above & beyond for you. She is the BEST host I've ever had. She gave us recommendations on fishing/jet skiing rentals and helped us with the pool vaccum--that we wanted removed. It's in an awesome location. Loved the patio for morning sun.The furniture in the shade was comfy. We were on a Mother/Son vacation and enjoyed: jet skiing, fishing (highly recommend Nick Young for a guide), sunset cruise, hiking Sara Park, swimming in pool, sitting in hot tub, game room, and watching movies at night. It was an AMAZING trip. There were only two small downsides (that most people would probably be fine with)...the lounge chairs were a hard plastic and not comfy; and the pool was a little small for adult-sized people (we are big swimmers). Other than that, it's an absolute gem. I will never forget this trip with my son! So very grateful for Ting & her amazing hospitality. God bless!

Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, sleeping 8. Each room includes a Smart TV (personal log-ins required for viewing).

Master Bedroom: King bed, work space, walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, and direct access to the pool.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed with sliding doors to the pool area.

Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids.

Living Room: Spacious seating, Smart TV, and a collection of board games. We can accommodate one more guest with a futon.

Kitchen: Well-stocked with essentials, a spice rack, and a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Garage Game Room: Equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade console with 12 games, and a beer pong table. The mini-split heating and cooling system ensures year-round comfort.

Backyard Oasis: Step into the backyard oasis featuring a spa, a pool, a chat set with a fire pit under the covered patio, and a gazebo with additional seating. Fire up the BBQ for a delightful grilling experience.
