Fabulous Vacation Rental on Ocean Drive, South Beach

This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for Vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

This was an amazing place to stay, Clean, Close to the beach, and an amazing host. If you’re looking for a place that is basically on the beach and clean this is it!

Host was nice and responsive. The location was great. The place is a little run down, but clean. Loud in the evening but to be expected given the location.

Perfect!

This rental was great. Just as described, clean, awesome location. There's a restaurant right outside as many of the hotels along Ocean Drive have. Parking garage around the corner, CVS around the corner. Public bathrooms, rinse station, walkway to beach and the Miami Beach sign are right across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

We very much enjoyed our stay in Alberto‘s condo. It had everything you needed to be cozy in the perfect location. Will definitely be back!

Great Location

Place was in a good location. Helena was very helpful and made sure we arrived etc. Bed was comfy. Place looked clean but after being there for a few hours and plugging in my charger I noticed the walls needed wiped down and in bathroom too and the baseboards and corners of floor need a good scrubbing. Top of fridge was filthy. Tub needs a new valve as it is very hard to pull out to get the water flowing. For the money spent for cleaning fees I would recommend owner do some extra cleaning periodically. Would probably rent again, just needs some additional cleaning and upgrades.

Everything good-excellent except window coverings

Location and cleanliness of condo was excellent. Size was perfect for quick 2 day stay for two. Only issue was window coverings allowed too much light in at night. Due to the bright street lights outside the room remained lit at night. The coverings are louvers. Need another shade underneath to block light at night.

Enjoyment of this unit will depend on your priorities

Unit was empty & tidy once able to check in on time at 3pm. We arrived in the area at 10:30 am & there was no option for early check in. We paid $45 to hold luggage at local business recommended by host described as 2 blocks away. The storage location was actually 5.5 blocks away. Helena (local manager/housekeeping) was very friendly & helpful at check in although seemed very busy with multiple units requiring service on same day. Cleanliness of unit was not thorough. Many surfaces were “wiped down” but there were dirty & greasy surfaces under & behind just about everything in the apartment. There was mold on the shower curtain. Nothing had been “deep cleaned” in this unit for a long time. Basic utensils & dishes were adequate but required washing prior to use. Every knife in the unit was barely sharp enough to cut a banana. Even the scissors were horribly dull. Stove was under powered & could barely boil water. Loud music from onsite restaurant directly outside of window every night until 12am. Laundry controlled through mobile app (Wash Connect) did not work. Thanks to Helena for helping us clean our laundry through her personal mobile phone. Listing advertised a hot tub as an available amenity. There were none on the site. Bed was adequately comfortable & TV/WiFi setup was fantastic. Location is great. Beach supplies were older but usable. If your priority is location and a place to sleep, this place is adequate. For your own meal prep and early bedtime, look elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and clean with a side view of the street corner that set right on the strip which was very convenient to everything. We really appreciated our host Helena for being very helpful with giving us directions and advice. The parking garage was a block away which may have been the cheapest to park in. Other than that I would definitely choose this room again.

The location is great and the room is huge but unfortunately there was a strange smell in our room that was pretty off putting. My friends didn’t have that issue in their rooms though.

This place is fantastic. I DEFINITELY stay here again!!

It’s ideally located on Ocean Drive, it was clean and bed was super comfortable. The owner reached out before my stay, which I appreciate. Walgreens and CVS are within walking distance with PLENTY of food choices. Great overall and I loved that it wasn’t expensive!!!

Wonderful Stay at the Beach

The location is fantastic! The beach is just across the street and there are plenty of places within a short walk. The team at the building was very helpful. The TV in the room was nice and it was convenient to have a kitchen.

South Beach Done Right

If you want to be immersed in all that is South Beach this is the perfect spot. Sitting right on Ocean Drive. You are walking distance to anything you could possibly want to do in the south Beach area. Our host was incredibly accommodating and great with the communication for gaining access. We’ll definitely stay at the same place when we go back.
