Under NEW MANAGEMENT... We purchased this beach house for family weekend get together's and we have a lot of beautiful memories... Eventually we started renting it out to friends... and then publicly... Most of our renters stay in contact with us and have returned many times... A lot of them have become friends. We do ask that you take care of it - just as if it was your own house. If the total headcount should increase, notify us right away in order to adjust the rate. There is a $50 fee for extra persons p/day - $100 if you don't tell us beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone that is deceitful and charge a fee for any failure to disclose additional guests.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
