Serene and beautiful piece of Florida
Stayed at the condo with my dad and four year old son for Father's Day weekend. Perfect spot for a quick get away. No complaints.

Cozy place on a canal
We really enjoyed our stay here. Walking along the boardwalk there are really pretty potted plants everywhere. The condo was very clean and the bed was super comfy! We swam with the manatees while we were down and it was such a great experience. We used a company that was only a few minutes down the road so this place worked out perfectly. Can’t wait for our next visit here!!

So sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Florida is Florida and not for everyone. We take pride in our condo and have gotten excellent reviews. This is for people who like being around the water and out of the big city. Lots of nature to be enjoyed.

Getaway perfection!
We really loved this place! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is the place! We enjoyed being able to walk outside and see the creek, even saw a crab. You can also see the pool, we can't wait until spring or better yet, summer to come back with the kids and swim. There's a beach not far where you can watch the sunset and swim, fish, picnic. We saw 3 manatees and we weren't even looking for them.
I forgot coffee filters and the property owner already has stuff like that stocked. I think they thought of everything! Super charming place, the neighbors were nice and helpful.
We loved it so much, I sent a message asking if we could stay a few hours longer after check out time and the owner told us to take our time and enjoy our stay, who does that anymore?!
The town was sleepy, perfect for us, it's all outdoors fun and wandering. We ended up going to the Homosassa seafood festival and a huge local yard sale, of course we had to go see monkey island as well.
Already planning our next trip back, would recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful Stay At Sawgrass Landing
My wife and I stayed at this townhouse for a long weekend just this past week. My son, his wife, and in-laws rented three other units in the same complex. We had a great time. This is a group of approximately 12 townhouses situated around a pool and canal with a private dock for owners/renters boats. The location was fantastic with about a 15 minute boat east down Crystal River to Kings Bay, and a 15 minute boat ride west to the Gulf of Mexico.
The property is nestled alongside a canal in the middle of native marsh vegetation. There is a decent size marina within a 5 minute walk. The pool area is great and it has plenty of space to accommodate everyone.
Each townhouse is individually owned and therefore they are all a little different with respect to decorations, furniture, and lighting.
While I did enjoy our unit and would return, I have to honestly say that I feel it could use a little freshening up. The units my son and his in-laws stayed in were a little more updated with a fresher, brighter look. All of the townhouses I went into were the same size and configuration as ours.
Our hosts were wonderful and very accommodating, they made us feel welcome and the check-in/check-out process was very simple and straightforward.
Overall, I would return to this little townhouse development in a heartbeat. With a great location, easy access to the water as well as restaurants and bars in Crystal River area, it had everything we needed including a peaceful nature setting.

Thanks for review. Upstairs bath is getting a do over with tub removal and walk in shower added w/ tile floors. Will be freshly repainted shortly. Hard to work on it when it stays rented. Thanks for your well thought out comments. Hope you come back soon.

Repeat customers!
Lovely place in a great little condo community. Would recommend to anyone wanting a laid back place to stay while scalloping. Very clean and great neighbors. Will continue to return. Only note I will make is low tide can be very low, so I would not bring a deep v boat in here over 22ft. Up to 24 in a bay.

Great Private Bungalow
Had a wonderful short family vacation for scallop season. Unit was part of a very quiet and private community of condos/bungalows. Although private and quiet very accommodating for the kids also. Pool was wonderful and welcomed after a couple of days out in the gulf. Great access for boats. Full time residents were all very nice and social. Owners of the unit provided everything you would need for the stay. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Plenty of towels and linens. Owners were very accommodating and communicated to all questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect bungalow getaway
Entire process was enjoyable and it was the perfect place to get away for the weekend. Very clean and the other people who own adjoining units were very friendly.

Good Morning,
Everything was great. I just wanted to let the owner know that the grill debris is being dumped into the water from the deck. There are also left over pieces of 2x6 deck boards thrown in the same place. Other than that its a great location and I would recommend it to a friend. Thanks

cool place and area
Had a nice two night stay here. Very cool area tucked back into marshes and river channels of Crystal River area. Close to family in the area and many other attractions. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Rustic and Friendly
The unit was very clean with new flooring an beautiful remodeled bathroom in the loft. The pool is only steps away from the door. The fishing was good, the snorkeling was great!! It was a great experience. Two draw backs were the mosquitos in the morning and evening (OFF did a great job), and low tide made it difficult to get our boat in and out of the dock area.

Great location
My family and I had a great time staying in Crystal River. We were extremely close to the boat ramp which made it convenient. The property was nice and clean.

My husband and I are both Natives of the area. We have raised our 3 boys in Crystal River and have enjoyed all the nature Citrus County has to offer. We have 8 Grandchildren, 3 great grands and have enjoyed the condo many times and entertained them in the pool and off in the boat fishing.. (not all at one time lol). A great place to relax and enjoy the waterfront activities. I am a retired realtor with Re/Max and have been an agent since 1979.Son Nathan is at Re/Max following in my footsteps. My spouse is a retired Charter Fishing Guide following the footsteps of his Father and Grandfather.. Previously retired from Withlacoochee River Electric and now doing what he enjoys. We also have a cabin in the Smoky Mtns. #7006010 on VRBO.
