OGUNQUIT-Great location - Walk til marginale måde, Perkins Cove, downtown & strande. Ogunquit-hjem til rådighed til ugentlig sommerudlejning og forskellige 3-dages minimums weekender i løbet af efteråret, vinteren og foråret. 6 personer maksimal belægning. Dette lyse og solrige hus har en stor stue, et hule, et stort spisekøkken, 3 soveværelser (6 sovepladser) og 1 & 1/2 bad. Slap af på den overdækkede veranda. Foretag forbehold for at gå til og spise på en af Ogunquits mange vidunderlige restauranter. Nyd den store baghave med grill og udendørs spisebord. Kabel og internet - WIFI. Trolley stop er i nærheden. Central air condition. Alle værelser har også fans. Ugentlige sommerhusleje i juni, juli og august. Weekender / uger til rådighed i andre tre sæsoner. Dette er et ikke-ryger hus. Beklager, ingen kæledyr.

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The access to the beach, town, and cove cannot be beat. And the house itself is just so lovely and full of character — it feels like coming home. It has everything you could need to cook a meal, and the front porch continues to be a favorite spot to perch with a cold glass of wine and a book after exhausted kids have gone to bed. Such a gem of a place!

Great location!

Our first at this location. A great spot! June was very helpful and always in communication w/us as needed. House had all the amenities of home and then some. Very clean. Great front porch and back patio. We were there 6 days ,used car once. Short walk to town and Perkins Cove. Hope to be back next year!

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic vacation and the house was within walking distance to everything. Communications with owner was seamless. The house and yard had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Family reunion and wedding

This property was in a great location close to my brothers home and wedding venue. It’s in a great location near shops and ocean. The backyard patio was a lovely addition

Fabulous!

Recent stay

We had a really nice experience at this property. It is situated 5-10 min walk from Perkins Cove and a 15-20 min walk to the beach. The property was clean and comfortably slept our family of 5. One note- the bedroom shown with two smaller beds actually had 1 queen bed, not two smaller ones. Very responsive and pleasant home owner.

Best respite spot for family activities

Stayed for 4 days as daughter's wedding was nearby. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying Oginquit, but also great for prepping for the big event. space is beautiful and comfortable, but also has all the amenities to help get ready for the big event. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the host. Stay here!!!

Wonderful house in perfect location

This was our first trip to Ogunquit, and it was just perfect. The house was great for what we needed (2 adults, 3 children ages 6,9, and 11). We parked our car the whole time and just walked everywhere. Easy access to shops and restaurants, as well as beautiful beach and the Marginal Way. June was lovely to work with and very accommodating. Definitely plan to return. We had a lovely time, and the location was just perfect!

Simply perfect

We truly had a wonderful time at June’s place! The location was perfect. A quick walk to the beach with our wagon and snacks packed- made for a great day at the beach. It was also so nice to have time to walk home, shower and then be able to walk down town for dinner. We traveled with our 15month and 3 year old and found the house had great flexibility for kids as well. We look forward to coming back next summer and building more Maine memories!

Excellent location and a house that felt like home

We spent a week at June’s place with two young kids (6 and 3). The house was absolutely perfect for us — so well appointed and cozy. The porch is such a treat (we especially liked spending time out there during the pockets of rain showers we got during our stay). The living room is light and airy and welcoming. The bedrooms get lovely light and an incredible breeze. And the location — truly, it cannot be beat. Even with little legs in tow, we spent nearly the entire week exploring on foot. It’s really that central to Ogunquit’s many fantastic attractions. Can’t recommend June and her house highly enough. We’ve never been repeat renters, but this house just might turn into our go-to summer beach retreat…!

Ogunquit gem

Our stay was lovely in June's home. It was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be central to everything and this house certainly was it! Set almost halfway between town and Perkins Cove, we were able to walk just about anywhere. It was also ideal for my father-in-law, for *porch sitting* as when he wanted to hang back at the house rather than go somewhere with us, he thoroughly enjoyed watching the people go by from the front porch. We were able to eat many of our meals at the house and saved lots of money, but still able to eat out a few times and enjoy an Ogunquit treat almost nightly! Ice cream options are plentiful, but we LOVE the cakes from Bread and Roses!

Great Vacations !

Great weather, only 1 day of super rain on our 10 days stay. We are always well situated between Ogunquit Beach and Perkins Cove. We just park our car and enjoy our stay and everything by foot !! June the owner is great and made this house our home away home. We love it and we will be back in 2024 !

Amazing vacation in Ogunquit

We stayed at June's house for 10 days and had an amazing experience. We were two families with young children and two infants so the location of the house was perfect. We walked to Ogunquit beach almost everyday (takes about 15-20minutes) and also enjoyed Perkins Cove which is even closer. The house had everything we needed and the two outdoor areas were nice to enjoy after the kids went to sleep. I have to add that communication with June was easy and enjoyable. Everything was simple, everything you want from a stress free vacation!!! Thanks for the great stay, we enjoyed creating memories in Ogunquit!

Great Stay ... Great Location

Beautiful house with a great backyard to finish your day at the beach with a great BBQ or ordering in and enjoy the nice patio! 10 minutes away by walk to Ogunquit Beach & Village and Perkins Cove, so you can enjoy all the restaurants by walk and the sea from the marginal way. Great Location !

Comfortable, lovely home

Easy access to town, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way. Beach is about 15-20 minute walk, but an easy one, and parking is not insanely expensive if you prefer to drive. Jean could not have been more responsive and welcoming.

Great location

Stayed for a week to go to the beach with my family. House worked great for kids. It was a short walk into town, but still quiet. Definitely quieter than locations closer to the center of town. I was worried the street might difficult to back out onto from the driveway, but it wasn't a problem. We mostly cooked meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Wedding weekend

The property is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Ogunquit. The owner of the house was as nice as nice can be. The patio on the back of the home is fantastic. House is great for entertaining and feels really large and inviting. If we return to Ogunquit, we are definitely staying at this property.

A fabulous stay

This was a trip for my sisters and I to celebrate our parents lives, who traveled to Ogunquit every September. From the beginning, June was communicative and available. The house is so convenient to everything- I parked my car and it sat for the time we were there. You can walk everywhere from the house. The home is inviting and comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. Lovely well appointed home, close to beach and town

We loved our stay at June's house. We chose it because the photos made it seem like a home that was well loved and lived in and that turned out to be true. Filled with everything you need (except a washer/dryer which would have been nice for our two week stay, but we got by just fine), we were able to settle in and enjoy our stay. We loved the puzzle collection, the deck, the artwork, and having such a comfy place to come back to at the end of the day.

Lovely home in a Fab Location

We had so much fun in Ogunquit! Loved this walkable location. We enjoyed walking to town, the Marginal Way, the little beaches on the Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove. The lovely patio and big yard were great for my boys. Beds were comfy. Central Air was super helpful because we were there for a heat wave. Don't forget to BYO linens, but if you didn't like me, there was literally a sheets and towels outlet up the road in Wells which was handy. Lastly, June was fabulous to communicate with, which I appreciated.

Perfect location.

Thank you June for an excellent stay in Ogunquit. The house was extremely clean and had everything we could ever need. Most of the time we left our car in the driveway and walked to wherever we we going. Our only regret was having to leave.

Great Ogunquit location

The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of 4. It was nicely equipped. And there was very good communication with owner. We had a lovely stay!
