Beautiful oceanfront townhouse just steps from the sandy white beach, has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, Silestone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, leather sofa and futon.
This spacious unit comfortably sleeps six and is equipped with three televisions (two large flat screen), king size beds in both bedrooms with pillow top mattresses.
Furnished like a home. Everything is first class! When you are tired of all the surf and sun, you won't mind spending a few hours in the lap of luxury. Beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the kitchen, living room, balcony and master bedroom. Magnificent intracoastal view from the guest bedroom.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes and cookware provide for your culinary expertise. A full size washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.
You'll love the convenience of Four Wind's two pools where an ample supply of lounge chairs provide the opportunity for a few ZZZ'z or vacation reading. You will find the beach very spacious with lots of beach between the dunes and the water on which to enjoy all your sporting activites or just lounging with a good book catching some rays. The pools are heated and well protected from the wind.

We had an amazing stay and will absolutely recommend this condo to all of our friends. It is very clean, well stocked with everything you need and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host was great. We couldn’t have been more pleased and look forward to staying again.

Front Row Seat to the Beach

We have stayed here a few times now and will stay nowhere else when we come into town. Perfect location for seeing St Augustine or Marineland! The beach feels like your own and the condo has everything you could need--bring your own food only. The hosts are so warm hospitable. This is a MUST STAY location!

This condo was bueatifully furnished. It was very comfortable,m the view was wonderful, and it had the most complete furnishings ever--ver wonderful beach chairs, games to play, etc. The mattress and sheets were so good quality it made me sleep just like at home!

I appreciate when my guests notice the attention to detail I provide. From the leather furniture to the flat screen televisions to the quality of the beach chairs and softness of the sheets. I make the rental experience one that will make you want to return again and again. Did I mention that I believe this beach and surrounding attractions are second to none? Give this unit a try, you will be impressed!!!!

Great location!

This property is on the water with a very nice beach. There is a tennis court, shuffle board, and pool at the complex. The condo is clean and quiet. The condo is well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very nice stay. It is about a 20 min drive from old town St. Augustine.

I 14 condo Four Winds

My wife and I had the best time at this condo. Everything was in great shape and Ken is right, the beach is one of the best in Florida. The owners are really nice people and willing to help with anything a renter needs. The view and privacy from the outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean is worth the trip alone. A cup or coffee or glass of wine never tasted any better. We will be back!! The Conners

Lovely beach condo

The condo was lovely and right on the beach! Perfect for our getaway. Sunrise views from the balcony were spectacular. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels, which was very convenient. We loved the area of Crescent Beach and will be back!

Great stay

Nice spot away from the tourist areas. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and master. Nice kitchen appliances. This is an older condo complex so it does show its age some but the owners have done a nice job of keeping the unit updated.

St. Augustine Vacation

Once you open the front door, all your concerns will disappear with the view of the ocean in your backyard. The condo had a very spacious and comfortable layout with all the extras. The kitchen had higher end appliances which became a big player during our stay because we cooked a good bit during our stay. The bed rooms were large and so so comfortable. The deck is where I stayed most of the time. I saw 5 dophins jump at the same time, right in front of me. Sea turtles walking in the grass, sea birds shopping for food, waves cracking, etc. The negatives: The pictures used to show off this property are terrible. The pictures scared me! They do not do this condo justice. Also, Shopping for groceries, shops, and the restaurants that we visited had very little, if any, mask use. When you go on vacation, you expect to eat out all the time and enjoy the areas attractions. Thank God we had this place with the nice kitchen with all the extras. Next time, hopefully the pandemic will be in the past and we can stay longer. You won't go wrong with this place! 5 stars!!

Best place to go

This place was amazing !!! And the views are to die for !!! The amenities were great we literally had all the comforts of home we needed for our stay !!! I just wish we needed a longer stay!!! Will definitely be rebooking when coming back to the area!!! Thanks so much Celia and Ken !!!!!

Oceanfront Gem

This condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Sunrises and wildlife (dolphins, bunnies, turtles, seagulls) can be enjoyed from the balcony. A condo we want to keep a secret so it’s available for us next spring break!

Great family destination!

I was thoroughly impressed with the condo! Ken and Celia were available and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a cooking utensils, laundry detergent and many beach items. The location is absolutely amazing with a beautiful view of Crescent Beach. The beach wasn't crowded at all and it was really easy to socially distance. The pool was heated, which was perfect on the cooler days. It was also a really easy drive to Srt. Augustine. My boys absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!!!

Home away from home - Fantastic Views!

We loved our stay at Ken and Celia's property - we were here working remotely for the month of February to escape the Michigan winter, and they had everything we needed to feel like we were right at home. The views from the living room and upstairs master bedroom were phenomenal. It was great to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening and watch the waves. The condo was fully stocked - all the pots/pans/utensils you could ever need, paper products, washer/dryer, beach chairs & activities, plenty of comfy blankets/pillows. Everything was high quality as well. The beds were extremely comfortable - we never had a bad night's sleep. Crescent beach has become our favorite beach - we would go for long walks every day. There were beautiful houses to look at either way we walked, and it was never crowded. This was our first time to the St. Augustine area, and it did not disappoint. We hope to be back!

Beautiful views!

In the morning you can see Dolphins from the master bedroom. You can also see beautiful sunrises over the ocean from your master bedroom and main floor balcony. Guest bedroom has a view of the sunset over the intercostal waters. I was grateful to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as the kitchen with an ample counter space.

Excellent Service

This was our 2nd rental from Ken and Celia Paulk and they have superb customer service. Both rentals were extremely clean and stocked up. All you would need is food and clothes. We recommend them and the Four Winds Condominiums for your vacation as each rental was decorated to the fullest potential.
