This home is 1 mile from Golf Course and 3 miles from the London Bridge, and provides all of the luxuries of home and then some. High speed internet, Big screen television, cable TV and DVD players. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with swimming pool/Spa. BBQ and large covered patio. Margarita Table with Umbrella inside of pool. Prestigious location close to town, shopping, golf and the lake. Huge lot with plenty of parking and RV access with full hook ups! Lake view from front yard. This home is absolutely beautiful!

Amazing home w/ perfect pool and VERY CLEAN! OH... and AWESOME BEDS!

My family absolutely loved staying at this property! The property was perfectly updated and exceptionally clean. Also I might add that the beds were incredibly comfortable.We will definitely be back!

Overall house was great. Sleeps 4 people very comfortably. Property was great, with plenty of space to park two boats. Rae parking in the side of the house was very useful and easily accessible. Didn’t use the pool however it was clean and looked inviting.

Relaxing getaway

Great place for 5 adults to enjoy a months vacation. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths made a spacious place for all. Any questions or concerns when contacting Laura were immediately answered or cared for. We enjoyed our month in Lake Havasu and this was a great location for quick access to everything we needed and variety of different types of entertainment.

Great Family rental

Perfect house to accommodate families. The house is clean and stocked well if you want to make and have meals at home rather than go out. The house is close to grocery store and the main part of Havasu. The pool is nice size and enjoyable when not on the lake.

It was a good house.

The floor plan of the house and the size of the pool were good. If the jacuzzi is gas, you will be charged for the gas separately, but it was free because it was electricity. That's a very good thing. And the owner immediately answered the question. He is a very good owner. thank you.

The house was great, clean & spacious. The pool and jacuzzi was great after a day of boating. The owner Laura was very accommodating and even texted me to make sure everything was ok for us. I will definitely be renting this house again.

Perfect house for 2 families. Great location to London Bridge, everything needed in the city, launching a boat & great backyard for just hanging out at the house. Beds were comfortable. Good amount of seating in living room area. We were very happy with this house & our experience here. Thank you!

Warm vacation

Plenty of space for the entire group

Good Value for 4 bedroom home. Lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Laura was accommodating and nice to communicate with. Plenty of street parking for easy pull up with boat. We overall enjoyed our stay but the home is in need of much TLC.

Take pictures upon arrival

The house is beautiful but take lots of pictures of both inside AND the outside. The home owner was non responsive to our concerns when we checked in, (broken drapery rods) and we only heard from them after our check out, questioning dried paint in the driveway that was there upon our arrival. Very disappointing, no communication until the accusation at the end of our stay. This is after we left the house immaculate. Also, there is no pool umbrella. So don't waste time looking for it. While the house and pool is beautiful, the accusatory message I received after check out made it less than 5 stars.

Terrible experience

Please be aware! This house is a health hazard and the owner doesn’t want to take responsibility for it. The house is outdated and has an odd smell to it. The rooms looked clean at first, but if you look in every corner and under the furniture no one has cleaned there for ages. The refrigerator had cracked drawers with tape holding them together; there is no umbrella (which was a selling point for me). My daughter found a face mask under the furniture. Every door is covered with dust. But, this is not why I left the same day I arrived.As soon as it got dark, the house was filled with crickets. We found 2 scorpions by the front door. I pushed them out of the door with the broom. At 1 am I heard my daughter screaming. I ran to the bedroom and I saw my daughter sitting on the bed looking at the ceiling vent right above the bed and a huge scorpion was coming out of it. I pulled my daughter off the bed, packed my things, wrote an email to the owner that her house was infested with scorpions, asked for a refund and left. The next day I received an email:“Unfortunately I cannot do anything regarding the bugs, we have the home sprayed every few months. I have not had anyone else complain and we do rent our home out quite a bit." So she refunded to me less than half of what I paid. And I didn't stay there the 1st night.After arguing with her all day and sending some pictures of a scorpion, she refunded to me everything except the cleaning fee with the message: "I am being more than fair. My house was cleaned and inspected before your arrival. I cannot control the insects that make their way in when doors and sliders are left open. Unfortunately there where guest that left prior to your arrival." So, she decided to make me pay for her cleaning people not doing their job, for previous guests opening the doors and for the poor pest control service she has. I rent houses twice a year, every year. I never complained before and I never asked for a refund. I’m still looking at my vents and floor at home. (thinking that something will crawl out!). I really hoped that the owner would understand the terrible experience we had in her house, refund the money and take care of the scorpion problem. Instead she needed to consult with others on how to make an extra dollar before she issued a partial refund. I hope she can sleep well after this.

Unfortunately this is not true. Our home is cleaned throughly before and after every quest arrives. I also have someone come in before every guest arrives to inspect the home. We have a policy if the home is not up to your standards please advise us within the first hour of your arrival so we can respond quickly. I have given you a full refund which I was reluctant to for the way the home and pool was left. Our home gets sprayed for critters on a regular basis,, we’ve been renting our home out for quit a bit time now and this is the first time we have had anyone mention them. I’m sorry our home did not work out for you!

Had a great time

First time ever using a VRBO . Was very simple and easy. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 friends. Couple of things need to be updated, but otherwise good layout and enjoyed our trip. Usually in Havasu we stay at the Nautical on the beach, but with this Covid still around a house gave us much more space. Will stay again.

comfortable house

The four bedrooms and the two double beds made it very comfortable for 8 people to sleep. Lots of room. Floor Plan was great! open concept living area. Air conditioning worked will. Location was good. There is no large boat parking, You have to park on the street. Other than that it was a clean and comfortable house,

Havasu Stay

The bones of the house were good, but the condition of the house needs much TLC. The bathroom sinks drained slow, the lock on the back patio door off the living area did not work, the overhead light in the SW bedroom performed a thermal shutdown after a few minutes, the bedroom carpets need a good cleaning if not replacement, the outdoor grill was disgusting, the outdoor lounge chairs were useless, the outdoor table and chairs required us to clean them before they could be used, the outdoor wooden chairs needed repair before they could be used, the entire yard needs to be weeded, and the windows beyond the kitchen and living area slider, which we cleaned, need to be washed.
