Modern luxury condo with a beachy twist! Our home is uniquely furnished with all local Bahamian art! Luxury hotel feeling, but still get that local/beachy energy! Located in a beautiful building, our condo has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. Additionally, there is an oversized balcony and all the amenities you could possibly ask for! Located on the beach and right next to the new hotel, Bahamar, you are sure to have an experience of a lifetime!

NEW building with a beautiful marble kitchen and stainless steel SUBZERO appliances. The condo is equipped with 3 FLATSCREEN TVS with NETFLIX. Beautiful oversized PRIVATE BALCONY with PEEK A BOO OCEAN VIEW & GARDEN VIEW. Coffee machine, full kitchen & BBQ in the community pool area. The vibe in the condo is BEACHY, LUXURIOUS & COZY.

We have an amazing INFINITY POOL, entertainment area, BBQ, PRIVATE BEACH, GYM and beautiful scenery.

_____LOCATION_______
Located in an extremely walkable area, close to shops, restaurants & BAHAMAR. Fine dining, fast food, liquor store, coffee shop, clubbing, bars, all within WALKING DISTANCE.

The condo is a two bedroom home, with a King Bed in the Master and a Queen Bed in the guest bedroom. We do have a Rollaway twin bed that can be added to your stay. Please let us know if you would like to do so. We also have a pack n play and crib upon request.

DISCLAIMER: The wind & waves cause the sand to come in and out on the beach and expose rocks, it happens all over the island depending on tides and weather. I can not guarantee that the sand will be 100% all over the beach area.

There is construction going on to the east of the property, the views are not affected by the construction and the noise is very minimal.

This condo was awesome for our family of four. The amenities, including the gym, pool, and security. This condo had everything we needed. Along with all the kitchen needs, it had a yoga mat,Tide free and gentle detergent, soft toliet paper (not cheap), throw blankets,shampoo/conditioner and body wash in both showers, 4 Beach chairs, snorkels/fins/masks, beach towels, plenty of velvet hangers in both closets, laundry baskets, toothbrush holders, plenty of toliet paper and paper towel for our week's stay. The communication with Tatjana was great and she was very responsive. Great location to get everywhere we needed. Also plenty of places to walk for food and entertainment. Would stay here again. It was amazing.

One Cable Beach

This was a great property and within walking distance to many restaurants. The pool area was fantastic. The beach was mostly rock with a few sandy places, but with the pool overlooking the ocean it was ok. Overall, a great place that was quiet and relaxing.

Fabulous stay

It was just what we needed, a relaxing base to explore this island, after the trip over. The apartment is clean and well set up and makes it easy to get used to the high temperatures and island life. The gym is excellent and well equipped and the pool is good to refresh.

Quiet condo

Tatiana was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful with everything. The condo itself is a quiet complex. We enjoyed our time by the pool.Of note, the beach is very small and is rocky as you enter the ocean. The pool is wonderful and a spectacular view, unobstructed view.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It’s in a great location and it is exactly as described. Tatjana went above and beyond answering all my questions (I had A LOT). Fabulous condo in a great location!

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving week and had a great time. Tatjana was a great host and even helped us set up a boat trip to rose island to snorkel and see the pigs and sea turtles. That was the highlight of the trip for the kids. My teenager even said that the condo was the nicest place we have ever stayed! I think he was especially impressed with the gym!

Perfect ending to summer

This trip was nothing short of amazing. From the check-in process to the written recommendations of places to go to being in the infinity pool looking out at the ocean. College starts soon and I wanted to pause life for a couple days before everyone left. We plan to come back during the Christmas holiday since we loved the host and rental so much .

This condo exceeded expectations. The location, pool, and amenities were perfect. We walked to Bahamar a few times, but also rented a car for some quick trips. Could not have had a better host. The condo was great

The day we landed in Nassau, there was a travel alert issued. However, we felt safe in the condo and in the pool area behind it. We had some problems with the door, and Tatjana sent a handman over to fix it right away. My husband and I were there with three teenage grandkids. We all had a great time and enjoyed the property.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was clean and spacious, the pool was beautiful, and communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. The weather didn’t cooperate for the majority of our trip, so it was nice to have room to spread out indoors and on the patio. Definitely suggest renting a car; we were glad we did. It made it much easier to get to restaurants and the casino at Baha mar (a favorite rainy day activity). We were pleasantly surprised that soap, dishwashing and laundry detergents, trash bags, paper towels were provided. Such a nice touch that made our stay easier!

Just like the pics show, beautiful

Tatjana was such a great host, communication through the entire process was amazing. The property is bright and airy, beautiful pool, and the location was convenient for getting to major attractions and beaches. There are beach towels, toys, coolers, everything you need. There is a small beach right at the condo, but there are larger, more open beaches nearby. I would say you definitely want to rent a car, getting around via walking or bus would probably be more of a pain that most travelers want to deal with so I’m glad we did that. Plenty of great restaurants and beaches within an easy 15-20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifull!!!

Well, I had a fabulous review written with lots of details sharing our experience, but unfortunately at the end of spending 45 minutes and ready to submit, it disappeared :-)!!! Super frustrating and sad. But, don’t hesitate to book this place for the space and location - it’s beautiful!! Just be aware (as noted) there is major construction right outside the door which for us, was more of an eyesore than disturbance, thankfully.

We love staying in this beautiful condo. The pool and beach were wonderful, and everything was within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed towels coolers even condiments and especially nice, a washer and dryer. Tatiana was a wonderful source of i information anytime we had questions. If you go to the Bahamas you have to schedule the Exuma trip through Tatiana it was magical. Great restaurants and close to other hotels for food and entertainment. Also loved our day trip to Atlantis through Daycation.com and even our 10 hour delay getting home was fun as we went to the “travelers” restaurant on the water. They had extra excellent food and entertainment to boot. One of our great family vacations for all six of us and we thank Tatiana for such a great time and accommodations.

Excellent Vacation!

We had a great time at this condo. It was actually way more spacious than the pictures made it seem and held five of us very comfortably. The condo was very well-stocked as well. The lobby, pool and beach were beautiful. Everything was very clean and very safe. The condo is in a great area. It’s close enough to everything without being in the midst of all the touristy stuff and cruise ships. It’s within a very short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, COVID testing sites, restaurants and beaches. Tatjana was amazingly helpful and very responsive. She answered all our questions and booked all our tours. She even found some alternate activities for us when we asked for them. I absolutely recommend booking this condo for your next Nassau getaway.

Awesome place and great location.

Couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our first time to the Bahamas! Tatjana was one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. Responded by text as quick as you could imagine. Helped us book a private tour to the Exumas and got us a great deal on a rental car for the trip! Being 15 minutes from downtown and only 10 minutes from the airport become one of the biggest highlights! That and the pool. We could have stayed at that pool for a week in itself. And we almost always had it to ourselves. Being able to walk down to Baha Mar on the beach was nice also. There’s 2 grocery stores down the road, a mini souvenir market, beaches, and even a Wendy’s all with in 5 minutes. The condo was also amazing. Tons of space for myself and 4 family members. Master bathroom had a rain show head which is very relaxing and the deck was great in the morning! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there and there’s a bbq down by the pool. Needless to say, we are planning our next trip already and know where we will stay!

I cannot recommend this property enough. It was everything we hoped it would be. The unit was beautiful, clean and spacious. The AC was crisp and we had a lovely balcony with a garden view perfect for lounging and reading. It was also very safe as it is gated with a security booth. We spent much time in the infinity pool. The beach was small but is all you need. There are two nearby grocery stores and lots of dining options. Baha Mar is next door with high end restaurants and a Casino. Downtown Nassau is a mere 20 minute drive as are other beaches on the Western part of the Island. We also visited the waterpark at Atlantis which is a great activity for kids. The airport is a quick 15 minute drive. Most importantly, our host Tatjana was wonderful and very attentive. She was quick to respond to anything that we needed. I also highly recommend booking an excursion with her company Float Your Boat Bahamas. We did the day trip to Exuma and it was the highlight of our trip and well worth the money. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Highly recommend!

My husband and I took our 13 year old to the Bahamas for a week and would absolutely stay at this condo again. We felt safe there with a security guard watching guest come and go; and staff at the first floor entrance M-F. The condo is updated and spacious. The pool was amazing, I couldn’t get over the views from the pool overlooking the beach. It never got old. They had kayaks on the property which we took out everyday. The staff was super helpful and friendly. It was a convenient location, walking distance to a grocery store, Starbucks and Restaurants. The only downside was the construction next door but it looks about halfway finished (our stay was in June 2023). Somedays the construction could be loud while trying to relax by the pool but the units were quiet inside. It’s to be expected as everywhere is in high demand if development right now. The gym was very nice! We loved the Swiss Pastry shop and honestly every restaurant we went to within walking distance was a five star in our minds. We loved the Bahamas but this condo just made it for us. It was a modern, clean, safe and comfy place to come home to each night and well worth the extra money for the luxury.
