I'm sorry for Mr. / Mrs. Robyn Rader
Dear Sirs: My stay at Malibu Pacific Marlin, house No. 8, was not pleasant at all, mainly because of the rude and disrespectful way in which Mrs. Jo Ann received me. Who arrogantly told me from the beginning to talk with me alone and introduced me to a room in the house, telling me that I would not allow a series of things on my part, making bad gestures and then saying "I'm not going to help you with this, even with this "everything bothered him, including my pets that said he could not stand it. Then when I was taking my suitcases out of the vehicles, Mrs. Jo Ann, was peeking through a window in her apartment what she was doing, what made me look the height of lack of education.
Never! I was treated so rudely by a tenant or administrator, since I do not know what she is.
As you should know perfectly, I applied for a house where pets were allowed, this being one of the options that your search engine presented to me.
They also know that I did not make the final decision to rent this house, I did it because I had no choice, since from your company or the company or person who did it, they charged the stay and gave me no options to return the money already charged.
I have been guests of houses with a high quality like Myjkonos House in San Juan del Sur and others and I was never treated in this rude manner.
If Mrs. Jo Ann, thinks she can come to shout at him and disrespect her guests, the lady was wrong about the country!
I can also add that the property has a definite maintenance, some lights twinkle or after they do not turn on, the lights of the pool do not work, there was dust under the carpets, it is not recommended for families with children, because it has some safados glasses, outside of place, (terrace of the second floor that gives to the swimming pool), the glasses of the stairs and of the second floor that they give to the room, they totter and do not stop safe. The pool tiles are smooth, (not suitable for swimming pool entrances), my daughter entering slipped, fell and was hit to the side of the column, in another country this is safe compensation.
