Un condominio de lujo recientemente remodelado y completamente amueblado en una comunidad cerrada con todas las comodidades de un resort. Great location

The condo is in a great location in a very nice neighborhood close to restaurants and activities. It is well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated before and during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything and to assist us if necessary. Great host! We would stay here again.

Great location in a beautiful area of Phoenix

Judy is a very responsive host. Her communications were very detailed and she checked in to make sure that everything was meeting our expectations. Back of condo is on green space, so it’s very private and the green space has a wonderful walking path. Perfect location for accessing communities from all directions around the greater Phoenix area. Covered parking and gated complex. Pool is lovely. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Paradise Valley Gem!

The Unit was great: baths are gorgeous, kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need, bedrooms are generous and queen beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and hot as we were there in January. The location is perfect for us with access to restaurants, grocery stores and shops only a few blocks away. Hiking trail access is only a mile away, Walking through Paradise Valley exclusive areas is quiet and right there. It was a great time and we will be back.

Very nice and very convenient for our needs.

There was a little problem with the A/C heating system but it was out if their control to fix immediately. They did respond quickly though.

Excellent stay

The location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (even with Paradise Valley Mall closed) yet it's on a quiet upscale neighborhood. Reasonable rate for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in this area. Judy always responded quickly to all our inquiries and was very helpful and accommodating. I can recommend this property.

The owners provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every room was clean and furnished very nicely. The location was ideal. We had a few questions, and the owners were very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Host

Loved staying here for 2 weeks. The condo is spacious, perfectly configured, well-kept, and well-located--close to shopping, dining, etc. Also, we loved the balcony which overlooks the Indian Bend Wash and has great views of the McDowell Mountains. Finally, the host is wonderful. We intend to return.

Gated community with pristine grounds & amenities

The Condo was very clean and fully stocked with towels and all kitchen needs. Judy, the owner went out of her way to ensure the unit was ready and cleaned on time. She was very easy to work with and we hope to stay there next year,

Great time!

Really happy with our stay! The condo was great, loved sitting outside every night on the patio. The pool is beyond wonderful, very big and great landscaping. Only small downside was the traffic noise when sitting on patio, but not enough to deter us from staying again. Would definitely recommend to people!

Nice condo with a good location

We stayed for a month in this well equipped condo. Beds very comfortable and bothe bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. Well equipped kitchen. Owners were so helpful and kind. We had trouble with the door lock and they responded right away and had it fixed the same day. Nice pool in the complex and great location for stores, dining and access to Scottsdale attractions

Well equipped and spacious

Just like home.

Very comfortable modern clean 2 bed/2bath condo. with patio overlooking greenbelt. 2nd floor no elevator. The complex was very quiet and very close to Paradise Valley Mall area with numerous shops, restaurants and golf courses. Small pool and covered parking in complex. Highly recommend for extended stay. Owner lives nearby and is very responsive.

Well equipped kitchen good bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent WiFi comfortable lounge. For elderly people the 18 stairs every day may prove a problem, also the traffic noise from Shea Blvd. Overall we enjoyed our stay Michael and Sylvia

A very comfortable well-appointed second-floor unit in a most convenient Paradise Valley gated complex. Near Tatum & Shea intersection close to grocery and PV Mall shopping. Lovely neighborhood offers mountain views and quiet streets for walking. Pool on premises; golf nearby. RELAX!

Clean well kept condo

Our stay at Marbeya condo was very nice.The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. No issues at all. Very nice condo with nice pool area and condo itself was well equipped .Condo even had pantry items ,spices etc which is always nice.Nice furniture on a comfortable sized deck to enjoy some outdoor space if you like.Would not hesitate to recommend.
