HEATED SPA, WEEKDAY DISCOUNTS, CUL-DE-SAC! Newly Remodeled Farmhouse home!

Farmhouse/cape cod style home on private cul-de-sac with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. House has central heat and A/C, ceiling fans in each bedroom and dual pane windows to provide comfort in all types of weather.
House is completely newly remodeled from floors to roof including plumbing, electrical, and gas lines. Pool is ideal for hot summer days.
Amenities include full laundry, gas stove/oven, pots and pans. Microwave, coffee maker, and blender is available for use. No food or drink perishables provided. Has sets of plates, bowls, spoons, knives, forks, and basic utensils for cooking.
Also included is HDTVs with DirecTV service and spectrum internet. There is also board games in the closet.
Parks and the best hikes walking distance in minutes.

The most important part of your trip to me is your level of comfort, ease of use, and all materials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc) available for you and guests stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and nicely updated. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the spa was easy to heat. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there are lots of games in the cabinet for the kids.

The host was very responsive. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, well decorated, and had all we needed to cook our meals. Hot tub was a nice treat in the cool evenings. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing place to hang your hat!!! And to jump in the pool, hang with family, and watch the dogs frolic in the beautiful backyard. Nice open floor plan and incredible kitchen!!! We had the time of our lives, I would highly recommend this property!!!

Beautiful home

Clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen area and backyard. Wasn’t warm enough to use the pool unfortunately but looked awesome.

We really enjoyed this property immensely. There was a lot of open space for communal eating and watching TV. The pool was a hit for the kids. We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. The location is great because it was quiet, serene, and near major roads. There were several stores and coffee shops nearby. Our group included 2 kids (12 and 9) and 3 adults (1couple and 1 single), and we had plenty of space to spread out, especially including the back yard. I would stay here again for sure because the home had pretty much everything you can imagine for a week long stay. The host was VERY responsive, friendly, and kind so we highly recommend this home and host!

Perfect Retreat

Great location within easy reach of the city and beaches. Very quiet residential location with nearby park, shops and restaurant. Family really enjoyed the good sized pool and spa and the outdoor area was a great place to relax. Well equipped throughout and a real home from home.

Great for family

We came with our family with an infant, 2 year old and two grandparents. It was a wonderful home for families. Two parks close by that were perfect. We were happy to have a home base in a safe neighborhood.

We loved staying here. There were 6 of us and the beds worked out perfectly. We used the hot tub the first night and it was easy to turn on. My only complaint is that I couldn't get hot water in the master bath shower...not sure why but hot water everywhere else. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Pleasant Experience

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family. We enjoyed swimming in the pool during the hot summer days, and the sunset view from the backyard was nice.

We stayed during my son’s Volleyball Tournament at Cal Lutheran which was a short drive. This house is in a lovely neighborhood & very central to shops, restaurants. The kitchen is very well stocked with all new appliances and all the rooms had everything we needed including TV’s! Would highly recommend.
