HEATED SPA, WEEKDAY DISCOUNTS, CUL-DE-SAC! Newly Remodeled Farmhouse home!

Farmhouse/cape cod style home on private cul-de-sac with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. House has central heat and A/C, ceiling fans in each bedroom and dual pane windows to provide comfort in all types of weather.
House is completely newly remodeled from floors to roof including plumbing, electrical, and gas lines. Pool is ideal for hot summer days.
Amenities include full laundry, gas stove/oven, pots and pans. Microwave, coffee maker, and blender is available for use. No food or drink perishables provided. Has sets of plates, bowls, spoons, knives, forks, and basic utensils for cooking.
Also included is HDTVs with DirecTV service and spectrum internet. There is also board games in the closet.
Parks and the best hikes walking distance in minutes.

The most important part of your trip to me is your level of comfort, ease of use, and all materials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc) available for you and guests stay.

This was an amazing place to hang your hat!!! And to jump in the pool, hang with family, and watch the dogs frolic in the beautiful backyard. Nice open floor plan and incredible kitchen!!! We had the time of our lives, I would highly recommend this property!!!

We really enjoyed this property immensely. There was a lot of open space for communal eating and watching TV. The pool was a hit for the kids. We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. The location is great because it was quiet, serene, and near major roads. There were several stores and coffee shops nearby. Our group included 2 kids (12 and 9) and 3 adults (1couple and 1 single), and we had plenty of space to spread out, especially including the back yard. I would stay here again for sure because the home had pretty much everything you can imagine for a week long stay. The host was VERY responsive, friendly, and kind so we highly recommend this home and host!

Beautiful home

Clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen area and backyard. Wasn’t warm enough to use the pool unfortunately but looked awesome.

Excellent Stay: Can’t Say Enough

This property and stay was excellent. Can I first say that communication was excellent. Owners were so accommodating to my family. House was beautiful! Pool was so fun. Backyard is great for relaxing. All the bedrooms had TV and very comfortable. This house was equipped with EVERYTHING! From the bedrooms to bathrooms and especially the kitchen. Get ready to feel right at home. If I could give this property 6 STARS I would. If you book this property you won’t be disappointed.

Feels like Home!

This was our second time staying at this property and we would definitely come back again. The bed was comfy and the pool is clean and heated. It's very well appointed with everything you need.

Perfect Retreat

Great location within easy reach of the city and beaches. Very quiet residential location with nearby park, shops and restaurant. Family really enjoyed the good sized pool and spa and the outdoor area was a great place to relax. Well equipped throughout and a real home from home.

Expected more…

We specifically booked this unit because of the heated spa and had difficulties getting it to actually work. It worked then it didn’t and a red light came on that says “service system” it eventually heated to the setting but took awhile to get there. I messaged the host numerous times and never received a response. We were asked to start any used dishes in the dishwasher but could NOT because it had a full load of dishes still in it!! There were some light bulbs that were out and should have been replaced before next rental usage. I messaged the host to advise him that the kitchen sick handle was stripped and simply placed on the stem and wanted him to know it was that way upon arrival as well as the bath tub water spout is loose and not secure or properly installed and upon trying to give my grandson a bath the bath tub does not fill! We were asked to strip the beds of the sheets and place them in the washing machine with any towels, which we did but there were rolled up towels on top of the machine so I just left them there. There was a pair of socks and rolled up lashes that were on a patio table that were there upon arrival so again we just left them there… Otherwise the unit is recently remodeled as stated and while there were tv’s in all the bedrooms we had to share a remote if we wanted to watch them. Not sure I’d book this unit again and overall our stay was comfortable in spite of all the minor things that could have been done before our arrival.

Not As Advertised!

This house advertised a pool & spa, which was in very poor condition. The Queen bed was really a double. Our guests had to sleep on the couch after the 1st night because the bed was not structurally sound. The kitchen was poorly equipped, think used dorm room pots, pans, & silverware. The price per night is not commensurate with the quality that we have come to expect with VROB. Disappointed!

Weekend getaway

Overall very nice house however there were a few concerns. Upon entry to the house we were instantly greeted by a very strong animal smell, I’m pretty sure there were pets in the house on the furniture and what not because we got dog hair on our clothing. The master bathroom showers hot water didn’t work and was so filthy with hair and dirt in it that we didn’t even use it. Yes the house looks remodeled but you can see noticeable flaws. The first night we weren’t able to use the sauna because the heater wasn’t working and the pool was freezing, even after following the instructions of the property owner. We reached out for assistance but no response. However, the next day it started working which was nice. While laying in the bed in one of the rooms the mattress fell through the frame due to the wood pieces not being screwed down, that was fun. Also the bbq grill partially works. Like I said overall very nice property in a quiet area however not the cleanest inside from the kitchen to the restrooms which was a big deal to us. Nonetheless we made best of our stay but excited to go home.

Very Pleasant Experience

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family. We enjoyed swimming in the pool during the hot summer days, and the sunset view from the backyard was nice.

Family stay

We loved staying here. There were 6 of us and the beds worked out perfectly. We used the hot tub the first night and it was easy to turn on. My only complaint is that I couldn't get hot water in the master bath shower...not sure why but hot water everywhere else. We would definitely stay here again.

Great over all stay with some down falls

This was a great home. My issue was with check in and using TVs. When we arrived we didn’t get the access code to the house the owner was very responsive and gave us the info quickly. yet i would have liked to have it ahead of time the owner was very kind and mentioned they would fix that issue. The other issues was the TVs none of the TVs in the home worked. I had a slow response from the owner and when I did he said he didn’t know the issue. So we just didn’t watch TV the entire trip. Which is okay but the kids wanted to watch a movie and we couldn’t!
