Mirna, Your review is retaliatory after we messaged you with photos regarding the terrible state the apartment had been left immediately after you checked out. We also indicated in those messages that we would request an additional cleaning fee that you have refused to pay. The additional cleaning delayed the next guests check-in. As you per your messages to us the night before checkout, you had you had such a wonderful stay that you asked us to extend your check out time, which we approved. However the cleaners found the apartment very dirty with evidence of a charcoal burner having been used on the rooftop, leaving black charcoal over almost the entire 100sqm rooftop including garden bed walls. Additionally some sort of bubble bath had bee used in the spa. Both of which are strictly not allowed. The property is professionally cleaned after guest check out and the cleaners re-check on the morning of check-in. We have maintained an average review rating of 9.6 over the last 7 years which would not be possible if the apartment was as dirty as you made out. The items in your review that you identified and sent photos for were the broken mop head that has been replaced. The dirt in the cupboard was bread crumbs as that is where the toaster is stored and like all dwellings we strive to clean up spiderwebs as they appear, but is difficult. The claim about the entire property cleanliness being very poor is false and retaliatory.
