Nice home close to downtown Vancouver

A nice small home close to downtown Vancouver with easy access to 5 freeway. The neighborhood was nice and quiet - very friendly. I stayed for 4 months while working in Portland. was perfect and very comfortable. Would highly recommend for long or short stay.

Beautiful home in a great location

We stayed here for four nights when dropping our daughter off at University of Portland for her first year. We had our dog and four-year-old daughter in tow. The house is located right next to a beautiful park with a playground for our little one and lots of open grass area for our dog to explore. From the house you can walk to a number of great restaurants and the house is only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland. I would highly recommend this place to say it was perfect for us. The property owner was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we come up to visit our daughter.

Fun Time in the Couver

Great experience staying in DT Vancouver for a short visit. Nice location, close to a lovely park and walkable to all the shops and restaurants.... Totally recommend this cute home. Property manager was nice, and responsive. Had a wonderful time and stay.

Great home away from home

I had to be in Vancouver for a month for my work. It was so great to find a place close to my work that would allow me to bring my entire family, including our dog, with me. Irina was great about checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was going well. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all we wanted to explore in Vancouver.

Beautiful and convenient location to the expo center. Neighbors are also very friendly

Nice location, convenient to the expo center, local retail and dining spots. Everything was supplied for the instance that you may have left something at home or didnt get the opportunity to stop at the store to grab necessities. A++

Why they chose this property

My husband and I were driving through the Hough Neighborhood, one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Vancouver, we noticed a home for sale, and immediately fell in love with it.My husband and I decided to purchase it so that one day, when we are empty nesters, we could move into it. I look forward to the mornings when we both get up early Saturday morning and stroll down to the Farmers Market to grab a cup of coffee from a local shop! But, before that happens, we are allowing other travelers and families to enjoy it.

What makes this property unique

The location is what sold us. Safe and quiet part of Vancouver Downtown and only minutes away from Portland, OR.
