Hermoso condominio frente al mar

Probablemente la mejor vista en New Smyrna Beach ... The Inlet es el último edificio en el extremo norte de la playa con vista al océano, Ponce Inlet y el faro, y el horizonte de Daytona Beach en la distancia. Esta es una unidad del segundo piso con dos estacionamientos, en realidad tiene una vista del cuarto piso. Un condominio muy espacioso de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños que tiene capacidad para 6 personas y cuenta con un porche trasero de gran tamaño y un enorme porche delantero con vista a los cuidados jardines. Una ubicación muy prestigiosa en la comunidad cerrada de Menorca con tantas comodidades que te sentirás como si estuvieras en un complejo de lujo, y todavía a solo 20 minutos a pie de la avenida Flagler ... y un corto paseo cruzando la calle hasta el puerto deportivo para ir pescar, o simplemente ver a los delfines jugar debajo de las hermosas puestas de sol. Realmente una ubicación única en una de las mejores playas de Florida.

Spring Break Trip

Yearly Spring Break Trip. Place was as advertised. Clean , well maintained property with great amenities and plenty of parking. Easy beach access . Cute downtown area on Flagler St. with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Minorca. Lance was an excellent host with excellent communication and even offered for us to check in early. The unit is a nice size and has stunning views. We would gladly stay again !

Scenic View of Atlantic

Excellent condo and complex. Excellent communication with owner. Wish I had known they would be working on neighboring units every day at 8:00and I probably would have chosen elsewhere. Also the pool was not heated for the first week we were there ( it was stated in the advertisement that they had a heated pool and hot tub).

Absolutely Amazing Property!

From the minute we walked in the door, I was overtaken by the beauty. We stay in New Smyrna Beach a lot and I will NEVER stay anywhere else! If the home wasn’t enough, the grounds and the extra amenities were also amazing! And Lance and Karen (the owners) could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Like I said before, my family will never stay anywhere else. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great condo, short walk to the beach

Great condo for family of four with a short walk to the beach. Pool was a nice size with plenty of chairs and shade. Condo had everything we needed and will definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo with ocean view

This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. From the moment you walk in you can see the ocean right away. Access to the beach is just a short five minute walk. The condo was clean and well stocked. Easy access to the parking lot as well. Owners are very accommodating. They even offered to have us come in a day early with no charge. So if you love to have a room with a ocean view this is the place for you.

Sweet location

Located on the Minorca dunes , the view was incredible , host was very accommodating and weather was nice. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable . New Smyrna has so many dining options. And we loved walking the dunes park trail.

Nicest condo I've ever stayed at in New Smyrna Beach. Well maintained, clean, good TV's...beach access good...only downfall is actual owners are allowed dawgs, which MANY owners allow to bark, throught the day.... but l would still HIGHLY recommend this property.

Great condo right by the beach

It was such a pleasure to stay at this condo! So much nicer than many of the VRBO rentals we've rented. We really felt at home here. Great views, right next to Dunes Park - watched the surfers every day. Our first time staying on the Atlantic side of Florida was delightful. No roads to cross to the beach. Several elevators on each floor made things so easy. Truly recommend this condo - the owner was super easy to communicate with as well.

Nice visit

The property was nice. The views were fantastic. Everything is there you need to cook with for a small family. The mattresses were a little firm for my liking but all in all it was a great trip. Close to everything and still relaxing.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We rented this unit as an extra condo for family visiting us for Thanksgiving . The owner could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I was able to check in a bit early to stock the fridge for my daughter and her family. Highly recommend this unit and the wonderful host

Post deployment family vacation

We have been going to NSB for over 23 years! We love the area! This was our first time renting on the north end of the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The Minorca Community was beautiful! The McKinnons were so hospitable! Will definitely be back!

Ladies getaway

Great place to feel safe for 4 women. Age range 58 thru 80. I have stayed many places in NSB and for me, this complex was the nicest. I personally would have liked to be closer to Flagler St. It was much farther than what I expected. Lance was great to work with.

Outstanding location, fabulous view, great amenities!

The location of this condo, right next to New Smyrna Dunes Beach Park and at the tip of the peninsula, can't be beat and the view of the ocean that greets you when you enter the condo is unparalleled! The condo is located in an upscale condo complex that is beautifully-maintained and has many amenities. The condo itself is very comfortable, functional, and well-equipped. The towels are of high quality (unlike in some condo rentals) and we appreciated the food and liquid refreshments that greeted us after 2 days in the car. The music theme of the decor was also quite interesting, reflected the owners' clear passion for music, and made us wonder about their previous musical careers. Definitely a nice place!

We live about 35 minutes from the condo and over the first 10 years we owned were out there every weekend. with a 2 beautiful daughters. Now that they have moved out, we get out there as much a s possible and consider it our home away from home.

We felt very fortunate that the condo was on the market and available when we were searching for a weekend getaway back in 2003. The views are incredible, and the complex has an upscale feel and is exceptionally well maintained. Best of all, it’s located in the heart of Historic New Smyrna Beach, surrounded by quaint shops and a variety of great restaurants.
