Nos complace anunciar que la piscina Village Walk Phase 1 ahora está climatizada.
Ven a jugar en nuestra nueva marca Beach Bound Casa de playa! En el momento en que entras en esta casa te sentirás como si estuvieras de vacaciones. Brillantes, colores de la diversión y mucha luz natural le dará la bienvenida. La planta fue diseñada para darle grandes espacios para disfrutar de su tiempo. La cocina abierta / sala de estar y comedor es el lugar de reunión perfecto para la cena de la familia e incluso una noche de cine con una televisión de pantalla plana. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 12 personas para familias numerosas con asientos adicionales en la isla. Hay una suite principal en la planta baja con una cama king. Arriba, encontrará una segunda suite principal con una cama king. Hay 2 dormitorios más con camas king size, también. ¡Eso es correcto! Esta casa ofrece 4 habitaciones king. Hay 2 camas de tamaño completo con cocina americana. Justo al lado de esa habitación, encontrará la habitación doble con literas dobles. Antes de viajar a Port Aransas / Village Walk, planifique la cantidad correcta de vehículos que conduce de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas:

1) Beach Bound VW95 ofrece 3 espacios de estacionamiento pavimentados, 2 en el camino de entrada y uno en el garaje, para 3 vehículos de tamaño mediano. Si usted alquila un carrito de golf, hay un lugar para estacionarlo.
 
2) Las Etiquetas de Estacionamiento serán proporcionadas por Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals. Todas las etiquetas deben devolverse a Port Aransas Escapes al finalizar la compra. $ 25. 00 tarifa de reemplazo por cada etiqueta perdida

We enjoyed the house very much. I feel it is important to note that one of the king bedrooms shares a bathroom with the bunk room area so if you are planing to have 4 adult couples, one will be sharing the upstairs area and bathroom with the kids. It worked out great for us with 3 adult couples and 4 teenage boys. Great location. Very cute house.

Perfect beach house

We have stayed at many beach homes in port aransas for over 10 + years and by far this is the best one!! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds for my guests and a convenient location! Would 100% stay here again!!

Great house!

We loved the amount of space we had. 4 king beds were definitely a plus and the kid’s space was perfect. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. So convenient to the beach!

Plenty of space!

Great place that provided plenty of rooms and bathrooms. All descriptions were accurate and everything was clean. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc (including a crockpot). Best of all, no problems with the AC.😊

Great Place

This home was roomy and accommodating for our group of 11 adults and 2 kids. The home is beautiful and the open concept downstairs was great for hanging out with everyone. I would say the only drawbacks were the property doesn't have beach access (although it is only a short drive) and there was very little cleaning supplies/necessary kitchen items available.

If you have younger than teens, that space can sleep more. Bring kitchen towels and beach towels!

Nice Beach House - Centrally Located

The beach house was clean and had lots of room. It is centrally located - close to the beach, groceries, and dining. The check in process was easy. The living room and kitchen are downstairs along with one bedroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional rooms with king size beds, 1 small room with a bunk, and a living area with 2 twin beds and a kitchenette. The parking is tight but having a garage helped with that. Overall a night house. We would stay here again.

The furniture is difficult for comfort as most is for very tall people with long legs. A couple of recliners instead of the big bulky blue chairs would be a wonderful addition.

Lots of time spent at the beach, pool at the house, dinner at Virginia's and a Pirate's cruise. The beach house was more than we dreamed. It was large enough to spread out and easily come together in the common areas . We have been coming to Port A for about 12 years and this was the best rental ever.

We had a total of 4 kids and a teenager and everyone loved their sleeping arrangements plus room to play. Easy to retreat to your own bedroom with private bathroom to relax and truly rest between beach and other activities. Such a great layout downstairs to enjoy the whole fam!!
