Covepoint est la location de lac parfaite. Rénové et fraîchement décoré dans le style «grange de poterie» avec de nouveaux meubles, de la peinture fraîche et des matelas confortables haut de gamme! L'emplacement du lac est parfait avec un terrain plat pour un accès facile au lac, une vue exceptionnelle et une crique de baignade parfaite. Le propriétaire entretient méticuleusement la propriété et a ajouté un deuxième réfrigérateur cette saison 2019! VOIR LA VIDEO Drone en photos. La location est limitée à 8 personnes.

Covepoint est situé loin de la route sur un terrain plat avec plus de 240 pieds de rivage qui entourent le canal principal et la crique de baignade tranquille. Faites des grillades et dînez sur la vaste terrasse qui entoure la moitié de la maison avec une vue magnifique sur le canal principal et la crique sereine. Passez vos journées sur le quai en eau profonde en vous prélassant sur un grand canapé sectionnel tout en profitant sans doute des meilleures vues sur le lac, le parc et la montagne, ou en nageant ou en prenant un bain de soleil depuis le quai. Couronnez vos journées parfaites avec un feu de camp autour du foyer ou une partie de ping-pong.

Selon les lois de location du comté de Bedford, l'occupation est limitée à 8 adultes et un nombre illimité d'enfants de 2 ans ou moins. Amazing lake home

Our family had an amazing stay at Covepoint! The home was beautifully decorated and provided all the comforts of home. There was space and activities for all ages to enjoy! The covered dock was amazing and where we spent most of our time relaxing while the kids used the water slide and swam in the lake. We will definitely be back!

We have been visiting the lake for 10 years and have seen many houses. There aren't many with better dock views. The Host is great at communicating and their being nearby is helpful should any issue arise.

This was the second year staying here and it was just as consistent as the last! The property owner is on top of her game and is easy to get a hold of if need be. The house is always clean and ready to go. The location is perfect and such an easy walk down to the lake! Can't wait to go back next year!

Week on the Lake

Wonderful week with my family. Super easy registration and checkout process. Communication with owner was seamless and quick. Docked my boat for the week and had easy access to some excellent fishing on SML. I can’t recommend Cove Point enough. We found home on SML.

Perfect Fall Getaway

We had a fantastic weekend at Covepoint! We enjoyed the kayaks and relaxing on the dock most of the day. The kids loved the floating slide. House was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, great views! We would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area!

Great Lake Get Away

Awesome location on a beautiful lake. House was clean and a great set-up for 2 families. Everything was just as described. The owner was very responsive to questions we had before the trip. We were able to dock our boat rental and our college-aged kids loved kayaking and swimming in the cove. We had a great week!

Smith Mountain Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property from 8/10-8/17. Stephanie was a terrific host and was easy to communicate with during the week. The house was terrific with plenty of space for all eight of us. The extra’s provided with the stay(kayaks, ping pong, house with everything one would need)were great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to another visit in the future.

Rainy vacation

We have stayed at this house before. It has always been enjoyable. It’s a very nice lot with a gentle slope to the water and the house is large enough to accommodate eight people easily. Unfortunately during this week we had 45 days of nonstop rain.

Loved our stay at Smith Mountain Lake - house and dock were perfect for our family of 6 including grandchildren ages 15 and 11 - brought our boat and used the kayaks and paddleboard provided by hosts. Stephanie was very quick to address a dryer issue! Great week !!!!

Our family has been coming to the Smith Mountain Lake since 2000 and purchased our family vacation home at the lake in 2006 which is next door to Covepoint. We have four children who have grown up spending summers as well as fall and winter weekends at SML. We host a large family reunion at the lake every summer. We love the lake's deep clean water, water sports, excellent fishing and get away peacefulness. Mostly, we love sharing the lake with others. Covepoint was purchased as a rental and is owned by Covepoint LLC and managed by my husband and me. We have stocked the house with great amenities and everything you need so you can enjoy your vacation. We want our guests to have a 5 star experience! Photo is of our daughter wake-boarding.

It offers wonderful cove swimming, easy lake access on the flat lot and sweeping views of Smith Mountain and the natural wilderness of the State Park. It is also close to grocery and Bridgewater Marina.

Covepoint is a large flat lot at a perfect location on the lake. It is close to the SML State Park with its trails, boat rentals, and beach and the views from the dock include the natural wilderness of the park. It is only 15 minutes by boat or car to all the nightlife, dining, shopping, and boat rentals at the main Bridgewater Marina, only 10 minutes to the grocery, around the corner by water from Virginia Dare marina and Virgil Naff Sea Doo rentals, and is a unique property in that it provides sweeping main channel views and deep water on one side and a serene cove on the other! The property has two docks! Covepoint provides several hangout areas with comfy dock conversational seating for 8, sunporch, family room, expansive deck, ping-pong area, firepit and expansive game/TV room perfect for kids of all ages. Adults can relax upstairs while kids have their own area downstairs! There is also a neighborhood boat launch, tennis court pickleball (racquets included) and basketball court.
