This house was just perfect for us and our little dog. Highly recommended. Very comfortable and well appointed, this home offered everything we could possibly wish for. Maybe just bring earplugs if you use the bedrooms closest to the road. We'll definitely be back.
Good location, space for cars, clean,Beds were uncomfortable.Room off kitchen didn’t have enough storage.Messy cupboards, hard to find things.Back yard great for my assistance dog. Security terrific.
The 3 of us planned this trip a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier with the accomodation and amount of space that was available. Being 3 hetrosexual men, we needed our own space which was in abundance. Had trouble with the tv but Tracey came over and fixed it. Being on a main road the only downfall. Didn't bother me but did the others.
A beautiful and very accomodating home tastefully updated. Good heating & cooling, shutters to effectively cut out highway noise, very clean and helpful hosts.

Disappointed
We stopped here on the way back from Adelaide to find the property a disappointment. Main bedroom top blanked was stained and food crumbs visible. Some of the beds were uncomfortable and squeak. One of my family member woke up with rashes on the face staying in the twin room. I do really question the cleanliness of this property. Thanks goodness we only booked for one night.
Other things we noticed.....
House is on the main road so very noisy so if you are a light sleeper it not a property for you.
Dinning chairs were really old and uncomfortable for sitting.
Communication was poor! We asked if we could have an earlier check in at 2pm instead of 4pm and with another question but host never responded.
Just wasn't a good experience...never again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would come back again. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen/dining area was well laid out. Everything provided kitchen wise, and there was a disabled and normal bathroom. Handy to have two toilets even though one was outside. Seating and beds were comfortable, and cupboard space endless! The backyard was reasonably secure, and was fine for our two medium sized dogs. If we had our little dog with us, he might have escaped as the fence was warped on the gym side of the property. As the backyard was so large, we needed a torch at nighttime to keep an eye on our dogs, as there was no outside lighting. There is a ramp at the front door, but none at the back door. The heating and cooling was via a split system or evap cooling. During our visit ,the temperature plummeted from 35 deg to 17 degrees, so we needed the heating and cooling, and it worked well. There were also fans and heaters available for the bedrooms. There is a dog park within walking distance of this property, and two others in town. The location of the property is good, and not far by car to the town. There is a very nice Chinese restaurant just across the highway, and all the supermarkets are close by in the town. The only two downsides for our stay was the traffic noise, being on the highway out of town, and the harsh rye grass everywhere? The seeds from this grass can pierce your clothing and shoes, and could easily penetrate a dogs skin. I will be keeping a close eye on our dogs over the next couple of days to make sure there has been no injury from these seeds. We would rate the accomodation itself 9.9/10, and for the price is excellent value. Double glazing the windows would fix the traffic noise!
Wow we were amazed by just how big this home was and did t want for anything. Secure yard for our dog, location was fine and we are already booked to stay again on our way back from Adelaide.
Suitable for disabled persons too with a seco d bathroom. Comfortable beds in an older type home with air con etc. Enjoyed our stay.
We stayed here with our dog and three year old son. It was great for a stop on our way to Adelaide. Very convenient to have some breakfast supplies provided for the stay.
Would stay again!
Road noise was high for those unused to it, though it's reduced by sleeping in the middle bedroom.
But we were wakened at 6.30am by the thumping of music from the gym/health club just next door. Thank goodness it wasn't in operation the previous evening.
Otherwise, all OK. Lots of foodstuffs there.
It was dark on arrival and there is no outside lighting. I parked on the driveway so we could unload our luggage and when my wife got out the car and picked up my daughter to carry her to the house she tripped on a very large height difference between the old driveway and new concrete. My wife seems ok but hurt her knee and elbow, which are now bruised. My daughter scraped her foot.

Plenty of Room
There was plenty of room inside and out for us and our dogs. We found the property clean and suited our needs for an overnight stopover.

A plesant stay
This was my second stay in a week at this property. As mentioned, this is a beautiful, well maintained property with all the facilities for a big family. At the large backyard is a beautiful garden, well decorated. The stay on the whole was peaceful and a good place to stay with family. Tracey was extremely helpful, set up the house ready before arrival and would definitely recommend it.

A Beautiful, Well Maintained Home..
This home is very well maintained, aesthetically decorated and a pleasure to stay. Spent just one night with my family, would love to have stayed longer. A big home, large back yard, well-maintained garden, and had all the facilities for a large family. The kitchen had all the amenities, stuffed with groceries and goodies, everything a big family would need. My kids enjoyed the Optus Tv, the collection of games and had a good time in the back yard fascinated by the Garden decor statue collection. By far my best stay experience.. Thank you for the hospitality..
