Modern Luxury in Guadalajara Condo

Very high end and modern high-rise condo in Zappopan neighborhood of Guadalajara. The space is well used. We had three adults and three toddlers. It didn’t feel cramped. Everything was new and lived up to pictures. We would def stay again.

What you see is what you get

What you see is truly what you get here. This apartment, more like a luxury penthouse, is absolutely amazing. Firstly, communication with Mike was always prompt and courteous. Secondly, his contact person/check in person was amazing as well. She was cheerful and welcoming, especially after a delayed flight. The photos are accurate to the last detail. Spotless, glistening, clean, and modern. The views are amazing and sunset was spectacular. I loved it so much I am actually considering moving to GDL and buying a place there or at a sister property I was told about. You cannot go wrong with this place and Mike. It’s affordable, luxurious, and not to be missed. This is Mexican Silicon Valley at its finest. I wish I was there now.

I travel a lot for work, literally every week, and this is the best experience I have had not only in apartments but also in any hotel I've every stayed in. Everything was perfectly stylish, clean and perfectly in it's place. The view, trust me, the pictures don't do it justice at all. Everything about this space had me wanting to come home to a house just like it in every way. You should seriously stay here anytime you are in Guadalajara. Fabulous stay! Exactly as described and photos

I was the very first rental guest in this property. Michael told me he spent 6 weeks living in the apartment setting it up once he closed on it. Everything in the apartment is totally new. I came with my family and we had a fabulous vacation thanks in large part to this apartment. It is beautiful and the views are much better than even the photos show. Everything in the apartment is top of the line. The area is wonderful and so many things to do in the area. Michael gave us some of his favorite restaurants and all were wonderful. He also gave us a list of things to do with our children. We didn't want to leave and will definitely stay here again. I can't recommend the property enough.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I really love Mexico and love the energy and growth of Guadalajara. Amazing people, amazing food and amazing city. A few years ago I saw that Oracle bought land on the same block and was planning on building a Mega Corporate Campus that would house 4,000+ employees. (They only have 3 mega facilities in the world - Silicon Valley, India and now Guadalajara).

They are also building one of the largest private hospitals in Latin America on the other end of the block. So this area will grow tremendously. This area was strategically selected by them (and Me!). The area is fabulous and will be one of the up and coming areas of the city in the future.

The property has totally unobstructed views and always will because there is a private upscale golf course on one side and a huge children's museum on the other side. The views during the day and especially the night are incredible!

The area is fabulous and only 5-7 minutes driving to the Andares shopping mall. Everything you need is a quick drive/Uber.

I know a thing or two about property management as I formally owned the largest property management company in Argentina. I saw that although Guadalajara had some nice rental properties almost all of them were furnished horribly. I decided to spend a small fortune and imported almost all of the furniture from abroad as I couldn't find the quality of this furniture that I bought in Mexico.

I decorated it and furnished it with mostly limited edition artwork by up and coming artists and wanted to make it my "home away from home".

The apartment isn't lacking for anything. I purchased the top of the line washing machine and dryer and other electronics for the apartment and I can comfortably say it's as comfortable as my home.
