Great stay

Wonderful stay on the countryside with my family. Perfect location between the hustle and bustle of the city and the countryside. Lots to do on and around the property. Was well stocked. Only complaint is that we could have used more towels and wash clothes.

Family stayed for a wedding in Dripping Springs. Very nice home and amenities. Comfortable, clean and quiet. We would stay again.

Gorgeous property and fabulous hosts!

We loved our stay in Dripping Springs! We felt like we were way out in the Hill country but we’re close to so much. Cool Breweries with yummy pizza, wineries and a cute city minutes away. The house was immaculate and well stocked for cooking and relaxing! We loved the horse and mini donkey neighbors and all the pretty stars in the sky!

Perfect country getaway

This property was a perfect country home for our family weekend. The home was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The beds were the best - everyone commented on how comfortable the mattresses were. The best bunkbeds fit adults. The property was in a great location for our weekend wedding and close to a great winery for Saturday lunch and wine tasting.

Amazing stay

We had such a great weekend at TyRosa! This property has everything––a fire pit, beautiful grounds with cute bistro lights, a grill, and the sweetest horses and donkey on the adjoining property. The girls got such a kick out of feeding them! The house is very well stocked, super clean, and very organized. We were sad to leave and hope to come back soon!

Overall is a nice place

Would recommend new pots and pans. Upstairs is so much warmer than downstairs. The place was in the country and isolated. The house was very clean and the people were easy to work with.

Relaxing spring break stay

Our favorite part was being able to have our kids play safely outside - the "yard" is big and fenced with lots of space for our kids to roam. I loved relaxing on the rockers on the porch. We enjoyed how close this house is to both Pedernales Falls and basics like supermarkets and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable (beds were very comfortable). The owner was super responsive to questions (we had no issues/problems, just a couple of questions). Would definitely recommend this place!

Relaxing Stay

The house was beautiful, and it was completely quiet. There are deer and horses and donkeys that venture up to the fence, so the kids loved that. I did not have issues with the internet, which was important since I was still working during this vacay. There are restaurants not far off. We ventured to Bee Cave, 15 miles away, and it had shopping strip and restaurants and movie theater. TyRosa was everything we wanted- peace and quiet, great sunsets, and beauty.

Pleasant getaway

My family and I retreated to Dripping Springs for my brother’s wedding, and this house was lovely. Beautiful sunrises and comfortable set up. We enjoyed the very windy roads and sights visiting Pedernales Falls two days and wished we could have squeezed in the Texas Olive which is less than two miles from the driveway! Maybe next time. The house was clean and secluded. We loved star gazing at night.

Girls trip in the country

The house is very cute/well decorated/clean. It is not close to too much. We did a resort pass to use the pool cabanas at Lucky arrow retreat (5 min drive) and it was awesome! We also loved visiting Hawk Shadow Winery( gorgeous and delicious wine) and Texas Hill Country Olive Oil for lunch. Those 2 are a must! Many of the other places were closed when we went unfortunately. Bring your own water to drink at this house.

Very nice location.

We chose this location because it was very close to Vista West Ranch where we had a wedding . It was super convenient . The house is plenty big for 10 but be aware that there are six bunk beds in the house , 4 in a small room adjoining the master bath and two double or queens upstairs in a room. There is also one queen in a room by itself and one king in a room by itself. The front porch is just wonderful for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. There is plenty of room for kids to play on or off the porch. The walking trails are also fun for the kids and they liked it so much they asked if we could live there! 🤣 While there we also went to 12 Fox brewing, Treaty Oak , and Pedernales Falls state park. All are very close by. I like this location and this home and we would stay there again.

Perfect stay

We loved the decor and the property! It was a wonderful escape, but still close enough to town if we needed anything. We saw lots of deer and everyone enjoyed sitting on the porch or walking on the property enjoying the scenery.

Beautiful country home

Beautiful country home with everything we needed for our family to be comfortable. Easy checkin, super comfy beds, all the cookware needed with a big fridge to handle the remote location and our large group. We brought firewood to enjoy the large fire ring and s’mores.

Wow...this home is fantastic!

Simply put: This house is amazing. Not just the house, but the cleanliness, the grounds/nature, the close access to wineries/distilleries/food/grocery. It was all fantastic! We stayed here for the weekend for a girls' weekend and we could not have been happier with the ranch house. The most important thing is that we felt safe. The house and grounds are well lit with secure locks. That's a huge plus when staying in a semi-remote area. Andy provided everything we needed to enjoy our weekend, from clean, thick blankets to cover up with while watching the sunset on the porch to high-end cooking spices and oils. Everything about this home was well thought out. It's warm and cozy just like a home should be. And I cannot stress how clean it was. No cobwebs or dust. NONE. Mirrors and windows: SHINING. Bedding: SMELLED LIKE FRESH LAUNDRY. This was a perfect stay and we're already planning to come back with our husbands.

Perfect getaway!

We only stayed for 2 nights but we wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the house! Everything from the cleanliness & roomy spaces to the décor- it had everything we needed plus more. we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and secluded

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and well-appointed. We didn’t lack for anything during our stay. It was perfect for our family of five but has sleeping arrangements for many more. The large porch was relaxing and wonderful for coffee in the morning or star gazing in the evening. The fans along the length kept us very comfortable even in the mid-day. We will definitely be back.
