KITCHEN EQUIPPED WITH REFRIGERATOR, 5 STOVE COOKER, ELECTRIC OVEN, KITCHEN, MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER, SANDUICHEIRA, LIQUIDIFIER, MINI ELECTRIC OVEN AND ALL KITCHEN UTENSILS.
INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE CONDOMINIUM; CONDOMINIUM CLOSED WITH SECURITY 24h AND ACCESS CONTROL. I HAVE A CLUB WITH 2 SWIMMING POOLS (ADULT AND CHILD), CHILDREN'S PARK, TENNIS BOARD, VOYAGE AND FOOTBALL FIELD. IT HAS AN EXTENSIVE AREA ARBORIZED WITH A LAKE AT A VIEW THAT CAN BE USED FOR SPORTS PRACTICE.
