Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay, the house had lots of room for our group of sixteen. The water park was a great add on as we spent a few hours each day there. We had a few minor issues with the pool and spa that were quickly dealt with. A worthwhile resort to visit.

Great location and plenty of space

Encore is a great neighborhood and the house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen space. Great place but Spa never seemed to work correctly (never got hot) and they were missing some basic items (frying pans, cooking utensils) that I would expect in a Super Host. Overall I would stay there again.

Great place for a large group!!

Easy check in process! Great size of place that fit our group pretty well!! We would stay here again!! We would say though that perhaps better quality toilet paper and have at least two rolls of toilet paper for each room, and the cable was missing for the giant tv/movie room. Other than that it was super affordable and a great time!!

Great property!

Excellent property! Close to water park (4 min walk) and huge. Only things is it is lacking items in the kitchen (only 1 frying pan, not many cooking utensils, 1 mixing bowl and no pizza cutter) we had a group of 11 so we ended up purchasing these extra items at Walmart. We cooked at all meals to save $$. Overall we would stay again!

Great Location and Neighborhood

We had a great time at this property. The home was spacious and accommodated our travel party perfectly. We were so busy with our cheer kids we were not able to enjoy the community pool area at all, but the house pool was a huge plus! We loved that each bedroom had a designated bathroom, so no sharing bathrooms, for a group of friends it was absolutely perfect! We will definitely rent this house, or another home in the neighborhood again!

As advertised. Everything worked. Did not try pool as weather was too cold. Gate scan to enter gate community was finicky.

Impressive and beautiful

The house is amazing. Just like the listing said. The pool was fabulous as well. I loved the two refrigerators and two dishwashers. It made life so easy. The only thing that could possibly be improved is that we were a group of 8 women. You had to be the first few to take a hot shower and those at the end of the list had cold showers. It would’ve been nice for everyone to have a hot shower. (Definitely not a deal breaker!!) We just learned to spread out showers. This was an awesome house and we will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Exactly what we wanted

This home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It was everything we expected and more. The host was very responsive with the emails everything was nice and clean. Only little minor things I would improve on would be a better game room even us adults like to have fun also lol and maybe someone to clean the pool every 2 days seemed like it got a bit cloudy on our 2nd to 3rd day, also one of the fridges felt a bit warm don't know if it was unplugged before we arrived but it never really got cold If we had to call on that I didn't know. The rooms were absolutely perfect in accommodating everyone, the kitchen and dining room was huge also was perfect size for the amount of people we had. We spent most of our time there also. Everything was near by which was even better. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect for our family reunion

I arrived first and I texted my kids and said this place is beautiful and immaculate! Kudos to the Jeeves cleaning crew they worked hard and it showed. The unit was just as shown on VRBO and we had everything we needed. Jeeves was very responsive to our needs. The water park was a HUGE hit, as was the theater room. We would definitely choose this home again. Thanks so much for a great vacation!

Great Experience

This was hands down the best experience we have had. Even down to the clean starched linen and towels. The pool and yard area was clean. Guest services was quick to respond to any questions or maintenance request. The Encore community was nice and pleasant as well. I would consider this house or another with Jeeves in the future.
