Great Stay

Overall great stay and very nice home. Seen 2 dead roaches and a lizard in the house upon arrival but the house was clean. I communicated with the team about the bugs and it was handled. Also, may want to purchase a broom we had to sweep the best we could with a dry mop because there was no broom to be found. Loved the home and pool!

The stay was great beautiful home. The mat in the game room was wet when we arrived. I assume it was from the small ac unit leaking. Because we cleaned it up. Armrest broken in the theater room. Otherwise it was geat.

Cleanliness

The house was not properly cleaned at time of check in. The carpet was so dirty (visible stains) we were afraid to walk on it with our bare feet. The furniture was falling apart. There were dent in the refrigerator and the ice maker was clogged. The master bedroom shower was full of mildew. The house should have been more presentable. We didn’t have access to the club house amenities.

Roaches and ants. Rented for thanksgiving. Roaches in kitchen (small water bugs). Black ants on island counter. House was smelly, found dirty moldy smelly rag left in washer. For a week rental recd 1 towel & 1 hand towel each. NO POOL TOWELS. Games broken in game room, recliner broken in theatre room. Carpet grubby & stained. One bath had sewer smell. One bed In king rm. mattress is on the box spring & box on the floor. All issues reported along w/pics to management; whom was apologetic but non helpful. Sent maintenance to look a bathroom & game room only; he repaired one game that the wooden frame had been broken. Still did not look at other games and there were no balls for the he fixe. We Rent homes 2-3 times a year. owners give me positive reviews, this is the most disappointing rental thus far. I now expect to be given a bad review in retaliation for this review, but I want to be honest. This home is spacious but needs maintenance and cleaning
