I'm an Electronic Systems Engineer. 42 years. Single. I live in Mexico City, but I travel constantly to Cuernavaca, Xochitepec and Acapulco. I have traveled to several cities in the USA (NewYork, SanFrancisco, SanDiego, LasVegas, Miami), Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, PuertoRico, Peru, Chile), Japan, Korea and China due to my previous work at Sony and Samsung as Manager of RetailMarketing. I liked this home in Chiconcuac, Morelos the very first time I saw it. But I had the opportunity to acquire it a year later. To me, it is like a small Eden, surronded by fruit trees I have been planting since last year to make it everytime more full of nature. Chiconcuac is a small town where many owners are moving in due to it is a relaxed place to walk around, safe and with all kind of services. From restaurants, temaxcal massages and malls to visit such as Galerías Cuernavaca and Averanda. which are very luxury places with cinema, food services and more.

Home is perfect for those who enjoy a great party with family/friends, a relaxed weekend or vacation in countryside. After a very good night's sleep with sound of (artificial) river in front and behind home, wake up and start the day with a good swim at the pool. Preparing a nice barbecue, hamburguers or hotdogs on the grill next to the pool having a great time with family or friends. Watching a great movie in 58" UHD 4K TV + SoundBar & Subwoofer for great surround sound with popcorn and icecream over night. Sunbathing by the pool with your love ones, until getting a perfect tan is a most!. Since pool it's totally private and only for you!
