Delightful gated condominium house in Ubatuba, recent and very cozy architecture, barbecue and swimming pool. Ideal for those who seek peace and enjoy nature. Lagoon a creek at the back of the condominium that interconnect with the Atlantic forest, providing a view of calm and relaxation.

Living room for three environments with polished travertine marble floors. Large integrated kitchen, toilet, large glass windows allow the entrance of plenty of natural light, facing the pool and garden. Three large suites in porcelanato floor, one of the suites with a charming sacadinha and views to the green, all environments with ceiling fan. The house is surrounded by lots of green, has laundry with tank. Kitchen with refrigerator, four gas burner stove with oven.

Casa muito boa em ótimo condomínio.

Ficamos hospedados em Out/2019, gostamos bastante do imóvel. Quartos grandes c/ Suite, sala e cozinha muito boa. Pequenos detalhes que poderiam arrumar tais como: Torneira da churrasqueira, ventilador de um dos quartos não funcionou e a limpeza do terreno ao lado da casa mas no geral gostamos bastante. Quando alugamos tinha foto de uma Hydro que possui em uma das suítes mas estava desativada e a proprietária já retirou esta foto para não causar mais esta expectativa. Para quem não se importa muito com a distancia até a praia, (20min até praia Grande) ou (15min até centro) sem transito, vale a pena.

Fácil acesso a lindas praias, e próximo a supermercados, farmácias e rápido acesso ao centro da praia de itagua, onde possui vários restaurantes, lojas de artesanatos, e o famoso aquário, e vale uma visita na rua Guarani, a noite fica muito charmosa com a iluminação existente

Pelo preço que paguei esperava um pouco mais do imóvel. Não é ruim, mas o valor cobrado foi além do que o imóvel oferece. A proprietária é super atenciosa, os funcionários do condomínio também e o local é muito seguro e tranquilo.
