Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect. Very clean & well supplied for both kitchen & bathroom. The host was very communicative. Check in was a breeze. The living room was very comfortable and the TV very easy to use. The screened in porch looked wonderful, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us using it. Will definitely stay again

Home Away from Home

We were familiar with the area before we booked it, but the condo itself was beyond our expectations. For those that do not know the area, you will be surprised at how close you are to all amenities, but yet removed from the feeling of concrete and "business'' of the world. The natural surroundings and the evening quiet after a busy day with family, lent itself to a very peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding after very busy days with our family. Thank you Victoria!, Your home allowed us and our Florida family a most memorable time in which we will hold in our hearts forever.

Host was great!! Check in and out was easy.gated community was great, heated pool. Location for visiting family was great for us. Unit was clean and well equiped. Only short coming was the living area furniture was dated and a little crowded. Would definitely stay again.

Winter get away

Area has everything within a short drive, the complex is well maintained and the pool is a short walk. The condo itself is a bit outdated and could use some upgrades. Vicki was awesome and responsive to our needs. Overall we had a great stay in Oldsmar.

This is a cute older condo that is well maintained. The owner is very nice and communicative and left the property with all necessities. We enjoyed our stay in between selling one home and buying our new one. Would highly recommend A+

Clean condo in a quiet community

Great location - quiet community, pond view, close to a variety of shopping, restaurants, and convenient to area beaches, parks, and Dunedin downtown area. Condo is exactly as advertised - clean and well appointed. It would benefit from some upgrades as other reviewers have also mentioned; however everything is in working order. Ample supplies provided throughout the condo. Vicki quickly took care of two minor issues during our stay. I gave 4 stars to the check in process because it does not have keyless electronic access, which I think definitely enhances not only the check in and check out process, but peace of mind during the stay that you haven't forgotten the key in the condo as well as allows other guests ease of entering if you are not together all the time. All in all, I would stay here again!

Was in the area to visit with family. Location was perfect. We did have issues with some outlets not working. Otherwise, nice overall stay.

Nice property with view of pond.

Nice condo but needs to be updated badly. All appliances very old. Rusty. No ice maker, garbage disposal. Dryer only worked when turned to a 10 o’clock position. Air conditioner did not really work in the bedroom. She had a small fan next to the bed.

Glad she gave me a 4 star rating. I supply a functional, clean and completely stocked vacation home. I replace anything that breaks and have an on call company for repairs if and when needed. Her review was a complete surprise. The air conditioner was serviced in December and works fine as does the heat. My current renters from March first are extremely happy with the condo.

Tampa Getaway !

It was a great location,close to everything.the Condo was perfect for us, screen porch was a great place to have coffee every morning and look at the lake. Very quiet, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Tampa.

Sehr schnelle und unglaublich nette Rückmeldung der Vermieterin, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, tolle Lage am See in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft mit Seeblick. Das absolute Highlight ist der sehr gepflegte Pool, häufig zur Alleinnutzung, da die "residents" allenfalls nur kurz den Pool nutzen. Zentrale Lage an der Tampa Bay in einer geschützten community mit viel Grünflächen, Tierbestand (Rehe, Eichhörnchen, Gürteltiere, Schildkröten, Waschbären, Fischreiher und Alligatoren und und und), sehr günstige Verkehrsanbindung zu den Attraktionen Floridas und zu den traumhaften Stränden. In der Wohnung sind alle Gegenstände des Alltags zu finden, sei es nun Küchenrolle, Nagelfeilen, Tupperboxen, sogar ein Rollstuhl für Gehbehinderungen ist zu finden, ein wirkliche seltene Aufmerksamkeit: gekühltes Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank um über den ersten Tag zu kommen, insbesondere, wenn man wie wir mitten in der Nacht ankommt und nur noch ins Bett fallen möchte! Dankeschön dafür!!! Zusätzlich zu der normalen Kaffeemaschine steht ein Kapselautomat zur Kaffeebereitung bereit. Kostenloses WLAN wird angeboten, die Telefonnummer der Vermieterin liegt für die Mieter gut ersichtlich und persönlich bereit, falls Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen. Danke noch einmal, Vicky!!!
