Newly built with over 200 square meters, the house is set in a large green area of coconut trees and has a small watercourse. Large living room and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen; social bathroom; 04 suites, of which three with sea view and balcony. All with air conditioning. Exclusive garden with access to beach hut, shower and foot washer. WIFI, SKY and parking.
