Grandview House - Ocean Views

Three bedroom house all upstairs, overlooking Kianga with beautiful beach and Ocean views to the North and South.

Highlights include:
- Beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom
- Plenty of boat parking on the large double block
- Outdoor setting allows for alfresco dining and enjoying the stunning view
- Large open plan kitchen/lounge
- Enjoy the spectacular view from 2 separate balconies.
- Wi-Fi is provided

Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

Please note: there is a unit with balcony (accommodating maximum 2 people) downstairs and attached to the house and is also rented to guests, there is a separate entrance at the rear of the house.

Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.

Great views from front and back of property. Everything is there from comfortable beds in bedrooms to well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge room. The only thing that needs attention is the shower recess it could do with a good clean.

Wonderful View

This place is a good place for a family rest. Upside - location and stunning views, neat tidy, garage. Downside - double bed unusable because dippy. Also they should provide a DVD player although TV good.
