Decorated attractively with nautical accents this condominium is the perfect home away from home. Conveniently located to many unique shopping establishments and fine restaurants makes for the perfect vacation destination. Monthly rentals available October to January 1. Nonsmoking unit. No RVs or trailers allowed in lot. Free in unit Wifi

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We loved this condo! The view was absolutely amazing! Very clean. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. My husband liked the reclining chair more than the one he has at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and a couple dinners. This was our second stay at Tradewinds and we love how close it is to the beach and the pool is wonderful!

Check in is listed as 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready until it was almost time for the property manager’s office to close at 6, so we were given a temporary passcode for one night until we could go to the office the next morning with ID and get a permanent code. The property manager was kind and on top of things when we had to report that the dryer had an issue and shower drains were clogged. We knew check out time was at 10am, so the multiple texts and emails reminding us of our checkout time with a link were unnecessary. We had less communication regarding our check in. The beach view was very pretty!

Okay stay!

We had a great time at this condo except when we made it there the glass on the coffee table was broken, the sofa bed was already pulled out and the fridge wouldn’t get cold enough. Other than that we enjoyed our time.
