We very much enjoyed our second stay at your beautiful home. The only negative for us was the complaint made by the next door neighbours that our dogs had barked while we were out at dinner. (we usually took them everywhere with us and hadn’t realised they were barking)Instead of advising us they had been noisy so we could make sure it didn’t happen again, they confronted us in a very hostile manner and said they had made a formal complaint. We apologised profusely for the barking but they refused to listen. Apart from this incident we very much enjoyed out time away.

Great place to stay

Some friends and myself were up for the weekend to attend a birthday party and do some fishing. Had a great time, the place is comfortable and in a great location. Quirky layout with the shower being next to the kitchen but you get that on older places. Recommended.

Beautiful and scenic location to relax

Fantastic setting with a beautiful view overlooking Hardy Bay. Lots of local walks around. The house is asitable and suitable for a dog. The house has a quirky bathroom setup but is all woks.

Lovely beach shack

Accomodation is great. In a perfect spot with views over the bay. Authentic beach shack accommodation. However, the bathroom set up is a bit grim - toilet in the laundry on one side of the house from the shower and washbasin. Double bedrooms also have louvered windows onto the main living space which is lovely but worth knowing keeping in mind when booking

Relaxing holiday home great for friends

We had 6 of us in total (3 couples) plus our greyhounds. It was such a wonderful location! We spent most of our time out on the balcony enjoying the views. Close to Kilcare beach where we could take our dogs too. The property was clean and we had everything's we needed (including puzzles and games), beds were comfortable, shower pressure good, back garden fenced and excellent for the dogs to roam. Single level house made it easy for my older dog too. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Bliss in Hardeys bay.

Location was outstanding. Looking over the bay. Very short car ride to dog beach( our dog had the best holiday). 8 people and just 1 bathroom was a bit squishy as was the kitchen, but time spent in the living room and on frontdeck was awesome. Cover on the deck would have been good as it got very hot out there and it was the best place to entertain.. The. The umbrella was very broken.

What a fabulous property we absolutely loved our stay. The deck and views were beautiful, the bedrooms were spacious and our fur babies were very safe in the secure back garden. The only negative was the lack of wifi. we were settled on the sofa one night to tune into netflix but zero connection. That aside I can't wait to come back.

Thank you for your review, Stephen and what a shame to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Had you let us know of these issues we would have had them rectified immediately. The property is as advertised with off street parking only and 1 bathroom in the house and separate toilet in the laundry. There is also an assortment of glassware for drinking. Unfortunately, there were multiple days of wet weather during your stay which does impact the efficacy of the internet and foxtel - This is out of our control.

Excellent location/great view

Very tidy, clean, spacious living area and large deck overlooking the bay. Large fenced backyard. Quite and an easy walk to shops. Kitchen a bit small and only one shower/bathroom off the kitchen, and a separate toilet. Basic kitchen items supplied, but you need to take your own coffee pot! We enjoyed our stay very much. Wonderful location- perfect!

We booked to get out of Sydney for a couple of days and your property was perfect! Quiet little spot with great choices for food and close to Bush walks, the beach and tranquility of the bay. The view from the house was amazing and the house itself was clean and spacious. We hope to be back again soon!

Simplicity on the bay

Great location within walking distance of local restaurants, general store and RSL and the beach is just minutes away by car or you can walk over the hill which will take a fit person about 15 minutes. The house itself is adequate but generally a bit tired and outdated and it has an usual layout. If you're someone who enjoys cooking, I would recommend you find something which has an updated kitchen and a better selection of utensils. There's a good BBQ on the deck so we used that and used the kitchen for preparing salads. Generally just kept things simple and visited the local restaurants. The deck is where you will want to spend most of your time on nice days. I feel that the deck would be enhanced by making available a sun umbrella and a few comfortable loungers so you can enjoy a drink or read a book in comfort while enjoying the fab view. Although we expected a better standard of quality we love the area and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Perfect location and wonderful house. Good garden for the dog. Only negative was the kitchen which was really unpleasant. The cupboards smelled, hardly any usable utensils and I had to wash everything before use. I don't mind old style kitchen but this was not clean.
