You will see the AC unit in the living room, which serves both heating and cooling functions, ensuring your comfort year-round. The overall ambiance is one of cleanliness and minimalistic elegance, promising complete comfort for up to four guests.

It's a quiet peaceful and secure neighborhood with a new park that the city just built. It's about one block away from the apartment. The downtown offers entertainment for adults and children including Ferry rides and attractions. Stepping outside the unit you can see the beach sand and Bay Area which are about 100yards away.

Getting Around:
You are walking distance from bars, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family.

Other Things to Note:
* Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.
