A wonderful location and a great house for a break.

Great location, clean well appointed, plenty of room for the family This was the perfect holiday house for the family and we had a great stay. Highly recommend this property.

Dunsborough delight.

Lovely accommodation, with everything we needed for our stay. Close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful trees. Great view from the top floor. Would happily stay again.

Great location but property needs some TLC

We always go to the south west every Easter and try different houses. This one was located in a great spot close to the beach and town centre. However we felt the property needed some maintenance. Easy fixes but having paid top dollar we would expect some extra toilet paper ( only 2 per toilet for a 4 night stay for 10) . Also the fans were dusty and there are lots of cobwebs. The carpet in the corner of the room with the tri bunk has been lifted exposing the floor. Would be good to have instructions for the oven wasn’t straight forward enough. The photos makes it look very new but it is a bit dated.Overall a great stay with plenty of board games available for entertainment.

Property is run down, there are cobwebs and dust especially in the outside areas, two bedrooms stunk, one of faeces, which didn’t go away for the whole stay (we thought it might be manure but it was worse with the window closed) the other of musty smell, candles were already in one of the rooms so the owners would have already been alerted. The upstairs toilet leaked into the downstairs laundry - we have video of it and the blind was broken in one bedroom. Mould in three light fittings, windows so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view. Overall disappointing and unpleasant to stay in, luckily we just used it as a base and didn’t want it to ruin the long awaited family time. Would not recommend

House was exactly how it was portrayed on the website. check - in was super easy. House had everything we needed for our Group Weather was cold and rainy but this house had lovely patio area we could still enjoy the sunrise every day

Great weekend getaway

House was lovely and spacious, plenty of room for all the guests. Nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the beach. Easy check-in with the lockbox. Only issue we had was with connecting to the WiFi and Netflix as the phone signal was low.

Great entertainer

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Good size for 6 adults and a child and great entertaining/hang out space with ocean views. Given we paid a premium over the long weekend, a few small things could have made it better : - oven is difficult to use as all the labels are gone - door upstairs and in double room was sticky - not enough soap and toilet paper for the 4 days - supplying own linen. Understand this is company policy but given the cost of the property I would normally expect linen - utensils such as peeler missing and not enough glasswear for all guests

Great location

We loved our stay at Casa Feliz. What a beautiful home and the location is perfect. We were concerned that the house would not suit us with our two young children but it didn’t disappoint, it was safe and comfortable for them.

Highly recommend

8 of us (adults) stayed for the long weekend and had good time. House 2kms out from the main shopping centre. Well equipped and close to the beach, Meelup walk trail.
