Great location but property needs some TLC

We always go to the south west every Easter and try different houses. This one was located in a great spot close to the beach and town centre. However we felt the property needed some maintenance. Easy fixes but having paid top dollar we would expect some extra toilet paper ( only 2 per toilet for a 4 night stay for 10) . Also the fans were dusty and there are lots of cobwebs. The carpet in the corner of the room with the tri bunk has been lifted exposing the floor. Would be good to have instructions for the oven wasn’t straight forward enough. The photos makes it look very new but it is a bit dated.Overall a great stay with plenty of board games available for entertainment.

Dunsborough delight.

Lovely accommodation, with everything we needed for our stay. Close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful trees. Great view from the top floor. Would happily stay again.

House was exactly how it was portrayed on the website. check - in was super easy. House had everything we needed for our Group Weather was cold and rainy but this house had lovely patio area we could still enjoy the sunrise every day

Great weekend getaway

House was lovely and spacious, plenty of room for all the guests. Nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the beach. Easy check-in with the lockbox. Only issue we had was with connecting to the WiFi and Netflix as the phone signal was low.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Good size for 6 adults and a child and great entertaining/hang out space with ocean views. Given we paid a premium over the long weekend, a few small things could have made it better : - oven is difficult to use as all the labels are gone - door upstairs and in double room was sticky - not enough soap and toilet paper for the 4 days - supplying own linen. Understand this is company policy but given the cost of the property I would normally expect linen - utensils such as peeler missing and not enough glasswear for all guests

Great location

We loved our stay at Casa Feliz. What a beautiful home and the location is perfect. We were concerned that the house would not suit us with our two young children but it didn’t disappoint, it was safe and comfortable for them.

Fantastic location, house could be better

As far as location goes, hard to beat. Considering price of rental, I would expect the house to be better appointed with regards utensils and furniture. The bedrooms were quite sparsely appointed. There was a lot of dog faeces on the front lawn which isn't great when you have children wanting to play outside.
