Luxurious four bedroom townhome located on the shores of Pineview Reservoir and just 10 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Beautiful decor, fun modern colors, large open kitchen area, and lots of bedding options make this a guest favorite.

This home has a gas fireplace, flat-screen Streaming TV's, private hot tub, gas grill, outdoor seating, and lovely mountain views.

The large king master suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, his-and-her sinks, and a walk-in closet. Adjacent is a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom is a queen ensuite with views of Snowbasin.
The fourth bedroom is located on the bottom level with a twin/full bunk bed. A full bathroom is located in the hallway. Bonus sleeping options include a twin/twin bunk bed and a queen pull out sleeper -- both located in the downstairs family room.

Access to the private hot tub is through the lower level. In addition, this home has easy access to the pickleball courts and common's grassy area. Enjoy the community pool, play pickleball, bocce ball, and horseshoes. Lots to do in Huntsville, Utah. Great stay!

Our party was 2 families with children, and we stayed at the house for skiing at Snowbasin. Accommodation was great! The lower level is fun for kids. Garage easily fits two intermediate size SUVs.

Extremely clean and well-maintained property with lots of amenities.

I spent four nights at this property with a group of friends. We skied during the day at Snow Basin, and would come home to relax and enjoy our time together. We like to cook in, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The hot tub was private, clean, and inviting, and we used it every day. The communication from the managers was fabulous and I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect for Snowbasin Family Vacation

My family couldn't have been happier with this property! Every year, we take a ski trip that includes 8 adults (4 couples) and our grandchild. This home offered the perfect set-up: a large bed and a designated bathroom for each couple - woo hoo!! We also had plenty of room for gathering at dinner and in the evenings, and plenty of room for privacy when it was needed. Even the hot tub is spacious! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prep, cook and serve your meals. On top of that, the property is very new and extremely clean and well-maintained. The location is terrific. Only a short 15-20 minute drive to Snowbasin. Powder Mountain is also close by. The city of Ogden is about 20-25 minutes away which was convenient for shopping and dining out. Management was very responsive to our questions. They provided clear instructions that made checking in and out seamless. Overall, we could not have asked for more perfect place to call home during our vacation. Our only lesson learned: If you're bringing a vehicle, make sure it has 4WD/AWD, or bring snow chains for your tires. We didn't, and found it a bit tough getting out of the subdivision after a hefty snow. :)

Effortless Winter Escape

Perfectly set up for a family ski trip! Beds for everyone, plus extra bedding, towels, space heaters, and jacuzzi towels. Laundry room and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Crumbl cookies on arrival. Great communication - easy and always available when I had a question. The ideal location for our favorite resort! Can’t wait to come back!
