BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT IN GUAIBIM BEACH - VALENCIA-BA
1) Apartment in Guaibim Beach, in Gated Community, Ground Floor, 1 suite (with split air conditioning and queen bed), living room / kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils that allow the preparation of snacks and quick meals) , 2 toilets, balcony, toilet, Wi-Fi, 1 parking space in the closed parking, swimming pool and barbecue grills (collective use), surveillance cameras throughout. It is located in a beautiful and quiet region, with many green areas that can be used for walking and leisure.
2) Distance to the Beach: The beach is only 40 meters (just leave the Condominium and cross the avenue from side to side) for delicious sea / sun bathing and sports.
3) Location: The condominium is 2.3 km from Guaibim Shopping Center (easily accessible on foot by the beach or walking the avenue).
4) MORRO DE SÃO PAULO - Our apartment is only 12 km from Atracadouro (Maritime Terminal) to "take" speedboats towards Morro de Sao Paulo (5 minutes' drive) and other famous islands in the region. You can go, bathe in Morro beaches and return to sleep in the apartment.
5) In case of need we can provide 2 single mattresses for two more people (for use on the floor and at no extra cost - no extra bedding provided for extra guests).
6) In front of the condominium there is a collective bus stop, back and forth, every 1 hour on the following route: Taquary - Condominium - Guaibim Shopping Center - Junction to Morro de São Paulo - BA 001 Junction - Valença city .

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor!

A limpeza da piscina não era feita , regularmente. Sujeira perto da churrasqueira. Banheiros proximos a piscina sujos . Falta um pouco mas de atenção do caseiro. Pois o mesmo não da manutençao necessaria ao condominio em geral .
