I rent a new and spacious house on the beautiful Guaecá beach.
The house has a ground floor suite and another 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. Total of 4 domains and 3 bathrooms.
American kitchen well equipped.
Large and bright room. Fans in every room.
Gourmet balcony with barbecue and pizza oven.
Located in a beautiful condominium, 150 meters from the beach through the lawn of the condominium. Everything safe and surrounded by nature.

Excellent Option

Spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A wonderful location, just 200 meters from the beach. Accessible through the gated community, with beautiful views.

A casa é muito boa e estruturada. A piscina é uma delicia. Uns 5 min andando da praia. A única coisa que realmente foi muito difícil foi o calor. Não tem ar condicionado e os ventiladores nao dao conta.

Ótima hospedagem

A casa é bem ampla e arejada, muito bem equipada, com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários. A piscina é um ótimo adicional nesses dias de calor, bem como o acesso fácil e privativo à praia. Toda a estrutura do condomínio é bem segura e preservada, com ótimos funcionários para manutenção. Um outro ponto positivo foi a quadra de tênis, que utilizamos bastante durante a estadia.

Final de semana em Guaecá

Eu já conhecia Guaecá e essa foi a 2°vez que fui. Me hospedei na casa da Laura, que foi muito educada e prestativa em responder todas as minhas dúvidas prontamente. Gostei bastante da casa, é espaçosa e clara. A casa fica a alguns passos somente da quadra de tenis do condomínio. Para chegar até a praia vc sai pelo gramado do condomínio, cerca de 100 metros até a praia. A casa possui cadeiras de praia e guarda sol.
