Family getaway

Have stayed at Liam and Rachel’s property several times now .We love yorkes and in summer berry beach corny point is our go to place. Our last stay we explored all Innes national park and all around yorkes Still visited Berry and went for a swim and a fish !Love the property Very. The property was clean and reasonably spacious for the 3 of us .It was also well located to Berry bay ( a beach we love to go to ). The bathroom in particular was nice and spacious . We would definitely book again.We

The place was perfect. Clean and well presented, close to the caravan park. Emu's walking down the road in the evening.

Great little cabin

This cabin was spotless clean and had everything you need. The photos on the website do not do it justice, BBQ area hadn’t been used in awhile, but it has been winter I guess.

Disappointing

Filthy windows, stove top only worked on maximum heat, main bedroom door would not stay closed, bare light globes throughout, outside sink blocked with a sign saying not to use because it is blocked!!!, furniture and crockery obviously purchased from secondhand shops. A very dismal and poorly maintained unit for the money paid. Couldn’t wait to leave!

We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay but thanks for bringing these issues to our attention so they can be addressed . In regards to the outside sink not working unfortunately that was not able to be fixed in time prior to your stay hence the note advising guests of this and I can assure you that the crockery and furniture were definitely not purchased from a second hand shop , we have had numerous guests staying in this unit previously and have never received a comment like that . Unfortunately it sounds like the accommodation was not suited to your requirements . Thanks for raising the other issues .

Marion Bay Easter 2025

This was a 2 bedroom transportable.Everything we needed was there.I noted that there was a comment about crockery being from an op shop but there were enough plates. Different shapes served different purposes so I had no problem.I went there with my daughter to do some fishing and water sports. The fishing was great and there was an area out the back to clean the fish. the area was under cover and protected from the wind.You do have to take towels and bed linen. I took my own pillow.There is digital TV and a DVD. We went op shopping for a better selection.We shopped at Warooka which is a bit of a drive but they were well stocked.I'd definitely consider booking again but it may be a bit hot in summer with only a smaller wall A/C and no fans. The unit cooled down quickly at night. We went with 28/14 temps.There is no washing machine as well. We had enough clothes without having to look for a washing machine.We arrived and ended up in the wrong unit as one was locked with the chain up and one was unlocked with chain down . I just thought that was the correct unit until tennants turned up the next day saying they had booked that one.

Great location

We always love our time in Marion Bay and the location of this cabin was perfect. However we were disappointed with the poor standard of cleanliness. The place seems to need a cleaner and some TLC to meet the same standards of similar priced accomodation in this beautiful town.

Excellent place to stay close to all our day activities

It’s very clean, we enjoyed cooking our breakfast each morning aswell. There’s peace and quite, good place to relax after trips.

Worth a stay

A small hiccup on arrival, but owner was onto it quickly. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Bed just a tad too hard for us but still ok .. I'm just getting old I think. We had a great time exploring this beautiful part of the world and if ever there again will use the same place if available.
