A great place to stay house very well laid out

Some glasses were in short supply as we invited 4 friends for drinks. One glass was badly chipped and we left it on the window shelf. However the stay was very comfortable and we would recommend it while heartedly

Awesome base for skiing at Mt Hutt

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, including oil and salt (that we always forget).

As Described

I didn’t actually get to stay there, thanks COVID you suck, but my friends tell me that the place was as described. Comfy and close to the pub, apparently that was a pre-requisite. Every group has that one guy who likes to complain mine said that the heating could be better but they live in a furnace so take that comment with a grain of salt. Next time I might be able to stay a night, but I need to say thanks on my mates behalf.

Lovely place to stay, a quiet street, and close to amenities. Well looked after and comfortable. We are 4 elderly ladies loving a game of golf and this place did give us the right atmosphere to just chill out between games. Thank you so much!

I have been involved with Methven for all my life (considerable number of years!!) and being the 3rd generation to live here I do know the area, its people and attractions very well.
I have been involved with several business's conected to the Mt Hutt Ski Field, have had a Real Estate office in Methven, been active in voluntary organisations [Fire Brigade (50 Years), Lions (15 years)]

Its proximity to Town Centre and sunny aspect appeals to us

Very roomy family home, with good flow to outdoor entertaining area or yard for the children.
Sunny and warm with a no hassel heat pump / air conditioner plus an electric heater in the hall way.
Double glazed for comfort and quiet.
Modern conveniences such as good sized TV, dish washer, inbuilt vaccuum system, clothes washing machine plus clothes line and internal drying rack.
Very close (walking distance) to Town Centre.
