If you are looking for an ideal location for long or short stays this 1 bedroom apartment is well appointed is in a location second to none.

Located on the 8 th floor of Harbourside Apartments this building has all the facilities at your fingertips you may require.

Easy to access with lift access from this beautiful waterfront position, all you need to do is jump on a ferry or bus to get to the CBD or North Sydney trains or shops.

There is a comfortable sized living / dining area with TV / DVD player, stereo and soft lounges to relax and enjoy the location.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ample builtins. A full sized bathroom with bath / shower and WC.

The kitchen is a little older however, it has been well maintained and includes full sized gas cooking oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and is well equipped to comfortably make all types of meals.

There is beautiful pool and BBQ area to use along with secure guest parking and ample visitor parking too.

The apartment is fully maintained and available for 5 night stays or greater

sleeps 2 persons.

The host was great to deal with before we arrived. Was accommodating for a change of dates However, upon arrival there were dead bugs in the kitchen and stuff in the counter that looked like vacuum cleaner dust. The towels were old and stained I took photos and I let the owner know. He never responded. The ad said fantastic views and the apartment did deliver on the views and ease of getting around the quay

A Great Welcome to Sydney

Just moved to Sydney and my company booked this place to stay during my first month here. Honestly couldn't be happier with everything! Location is perfect with bus and ferry just outside the apartment complex. Not to mention the amazing and iconic view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge you get to see every day from the living room and kitchen windows. Spacious and well equipped kitchen for those who stay longer like I did, so guest can cook if they want. Anthony is an amazing host and very helpful & responsive. Had an issue on my first day with the lightbulb in the bedroom, and he showed up in 30 mins and fixed it himself. Thank you so much Anthony, it was a very pleasant stay!

New Years fireworks

Picked up key as per instructions but was surprised when we arrived to find bed had been slept in and towels were used!! Phoned host who said he would get someone round next day. We made bed with fresh linen, changed towels with fresh and tidied up. Alas the cleaner did not turn in during our 5 day stay. I am surprised that the cleaning fee which I have paid has not been returned to me? Had the location not been absolutely fantastic I think I may have complained. Marti Heath

Grim's the word!!

Although the location was excellent (close to the ferry and with a good view), we were disappointed with our apartment. It needs a serious redo - the door frame in the bathroom was rusted, there was mold or mildew on the grout in the tub and on the vents, the porcelain was chipped, and the faucets and handles were corroded. There were no amenities for the bath - hand soap was depleted, there was no body wash, and only one roll of TP! Towels were spartan and there were no extras. It was too grim in the kitchen to cook. There was only peppermint and chamomile tea. I realized that it was not a hotel but still expected some basics. We read online that there was a washer and dryer; however, just before we arrived, we were told the laundry facilities were between floors and coin operated. We needed to do an early check-in and there were issues - Anthony told us that we could leave our luggage with the concierge. However, the concierge wasn't there when we arrived at 8am and didn't come until much later in the morning (10-10:30am). We would not recommend this apartment and are unlikely to consider Vrbo in the future because of our experience. I didn't see a way to attach pictures but would be happy to forward them to anyone interested.
