We love going there every year. I love to look out the kitchen window while doing dishes. The place is clean and from where it sets has a good old Florida charm feeling. They could use a new couch and chair as they're both pretty broke down. But we love staying there. We got married there on the beach.

No pride of ownership! Blinds were broken. Couch, chair and ottoman in living area reminded us of “frat house” furniture. No creature comforts i.e. no dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker, bath mat some lights did not work. Bedroom carpet needs to be replaced. Bed sheets wrong size. This place should not be listed as a vacation rental! Nice location, wonderful beach. Caution! Know what you are signing up for.

While we certainly respect that everyone has different preferences, we do not feel the “frat house” description accurately reflects either this unit or the overall quality of the building. Many owners and guests truly enjoy staying here, and we believe the updates have made it even better

It was beautiful beach but the place could have been cleaner. It was dusty - the walls, lamp shades, AC vents, fan and top of fridge. . I needed to clean the floors as they were sandy and dirty.

Love Bellaire Beach

Bellaire Beach Club is located in great area. The grounds are kept up and the guests are always friendly. I wouldn’t call it glamorous but it is good value for the money

Quiet, private, love the beach

We've stayed at Bellaire Beach Club many times. Love the location. Close to everything but in a quiet private area. Very much enjoy our stays here!

Great location

Nothing fancy just a cozy place on the beach. The Alexa in the room was a helpful and neat addition. I would stay here again. It's a great place on a budget.

Great property! The beach is very private and beautiful.

We loved the location. It’s in a private area but close to all activities. The beach is at your back door and private. Would recommend this property to any family or couples.

Great location! The host responsiveness was great. The beach view and pool was great! The condo could have been cleaner. Lots of dust in the window seals, and blinds and other areas. But other than that, would highly recommend it!

Great week

We stayed a week at this place and had a good time. We enjoyed sitting out on the little patio and watching the ocean and sunset. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Great access to the beach.

Wonderful Getaway

My hubby and I really enjoyed our little getaway ,the condo was very cute and clean. Bed was so comfortable and the view is stunning! Everything was wonderful! Our little fur baby loved it as well! I highly recommend staying here! Sunsets right off your patio!

Private Beach was relaxing

Definitely enjoyed the nice private beach. The condo was a little further away from everything than what we hoped for, however UBER and “Free Beach Rides” was able to get us back and forth to the Clearwater Beach area when we wanted to go. Over all… it was a nice vacation for my wife and I!

Good beach location.

Nice close location to a private beach. Nice but small pool. Condo needs new ceiling fans, they are to wobbly and noisy. Bring your own fan if you need one! We had a great stay!

Beautiful View and Condo

The listing was everything it said it would be. Nice remodeled condo. Great location to everything. Loved the balcony and view. Also loved the option to park under covered parking as well. We would definitely book this place again.

Beach Condo

This condo is amazing! It was perfect for me and my dog! You do have to drive to restaurants, but you are not in the middle of all the congestion. It is clean and the check in could not be easier. I could see dolphins swimming from the balcony! The beach is beautiful and was not crowded here!
