Very Convenient to Stadium

Great place!

Out host was great communicating with us. Check in was smooth. The house was clean, perfect for our two families. We all had more than enough space. The basement living space is great. Since we were two families it gave each family there space. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a Tahoe and it did fit in the private parking, however the fence would not clear to close, but it was never a problem. Our families required more pillows and the host so graciously dropped the off at the door. The neighborhood is so quite and it was a great place to relax.

Great “home base” for our DC visit!

GREAT place!!

The owners provided detailed information (general info, local grocery/pharmacy/restaurants etc.) and responded timely to messages. The house was clean, homey and felt safe…perfect home away from home☺️. If we ever come back to DC, we’ll definitely stay there again.

Lovely home

My family and I stayed at this home for a trip to the Smithsonian Institute Museums. It was perfect, just a short trip to the metro. We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were very clean and the owner was quickly responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the week

Very nice place for 6 adults for a week. Nice to have private off street parking. Easy drive to Metro Rail for access to museums and monuments. Property owner very responsive with questions whether it was with the unit or things to do in the DC area.

Great Place for Senior Trip

The house was great! We had a couple and 5 seniors for the trip and the house worked great. We were a little nervous when we saw the neighborhood, but had no issues during our stay. The parking in back is a little small for a Suburban, and the alley is tight, but we were able to park at an angle and make it work. The house was nice and it was easy to get around, we were about 4-5 minutes from the Naylor Road Metro and rode the train into town most days. We drove one day and parked near the White House, it took us about 25 minutes to drive there at 6:30am. The host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Overall,great experience!

Lovely house

This three bedroom home in SE DC was a great Airbnb. It has two full kitchens! It is well-decorated and well stocked. There is parking for two cars, and very ample street parking.

We stayed with family ages 91 down to 8. There was lots of room and home like conveniences. I left my phome the owner was wonderful about tryimg to locate it for me. Location was great.

Smithsonian museums trip

This 3 story townhome was setup nicely for our grownup family get together and visiting the Smithsonian museums. The place was very clean with updated appliances, 3 full baths plus 1/2 bath in main kitchen/living area. All my questions and requests were answered in a timely manner. Once we figured out the bus and metro schedules getting around was easy. Uber was good getting us home with groceries. Not much for restaurants in the area but we only had breakfast there. Lots of restaurants close to the museums. Museum cafe food was surprisingly good. We would stay here again as 5 nights is not enough time to visit all the sites. All the museums are 5 star. Awesome!

We had a great stay! We really were close to everything (tourist sights), less than 15 min to most of them, and we had parking on the premises! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was great, gave 4/4.5 because it took a while to get the address, once we had it everything went very smoothly. The host was lovely and really showed that they care about providing what their guests need. This trip and our stay provided wonderful memories for our family.

Wonderful stay on Fort Davis

The owner was helpful with our last minute travel arrangements to DC to attend a graduation. The house has a well thought out floor plan with multiple bathrooms and a lovely kitchen. Well placed off-street parking. The stairs up to the top floor and down to the basement could be challenging for those with bad knees. Overall a very pleasant experience and would lease again.

Baby Shower Family Event

Great Stay! Very clean and spacious and the small touches of leaving a bottle of wine and cookies upon our arrival - so thoughtful!!! We were in town for planning and preparing for my daughter's baby shower - we needed a house to accommodate family and friends attending from PA to CA - all arriving at different times. This house was close to the venue as we needed a place to both prepare food and get together. The house was also close to my daughter as well! If we ever need a place to stay this will be the first one on our list to secure again and again!!! Absolutely Amazing!

Lovely home

The property is beautiful; but the area around it is a bit sketchy. There were loud domestic disputes out in the street that awakened people in the front bedrooms both nights. There was also a little mouse friend in the kitchen. The home itself was beautifully appointed and really comfortable for all of us, and the owner obviously went to a lot of effort to be welcoming, leaving groceries and treats. The home served us well for our weekend trip.

Great Host!

House was extremely clean. There refrigerator was stocked with refreshments. There was a nice hand written note along with a bottle of wine. Everything was very thought out. Alot of places are just an "investment" for the owners. But not here. You could tell they put extra thought and effort into making their guests feel comfortable and at home. Fresh linens, fresh towels.l, baby crib. Anything you could need has been thought of. Located just 10-15 mins from all the sights.
