Beautiful 3 bed 2 full bath furnished house with parking and private yard. This is the ideal summer rental location as you can walk to town in one minute the marina and the beach. Right in the center of Monmouth Beach! This house has a fantastic layout with clean open spaces. The yard is lush and has beautiful landscaping and a large deck. The kitchen is open with bar seating. There is additional sun room downstairs which has a pull out bed! The rooms let in a ton of sunlight!!! This property is a true Gem!

Unpack and enjoy this gem!! Dry basement and attached garage great for all the surf toys and storage! Hardwood floors, radiant heat, IPE decking, awnings, updated kitchen and baths a well maintained property. Little Monmouth Beach Club 3 Blocks away.
