Peaceful Pines Cabin is aptly named. Amazing place to detach from every day life and enjoy the scenery and ambiance of nature. Loved every minute i stayed and looking forward to going back again.

Very peaceful place to stay for a vacation. It’s clean and very comfortable. Good size kitchen with lots of plates, cups, pans, utensils and more. If you’re looking for something to do, Presque Isle at Lake Erie is worth the drive. Nice beaches. It’s about an hour west of Centerville. There’s a nice wrap around porch at Peaceful Pines.

this was the perfect cabin for our group of 5. just what we were looking for in terms of privacy. a bit disappointed with the construction right beside the house, took away from the natural rustic ambiance.

A hidden gem! At the end of a long driveway, this beautiful home, the forest, the stream, and tranquility. The interior is wonderfully appointed with all of the comforts of a home away from home. Terrific communication with the owner before and during our stay. We will definitely look to find our way back in the future!

You really feel isolated and peaceful at this cabin. Groceries are near enough to be no problem. We walked the 1/2 mile lane numerous times every day for exercise. We did not see another person all week except for when we left. If you just need a relaxing vacation, this is a great place to stay.

First the Positive: 1) Beautiful setting, 2) the very long well-groomed gravel driveway put you out of the reach of any traffic noise what-so-ever, 3) the log cabin is very handsome with lots of room to stretch out .. Now the Negative: 1) it was at the very end of summer when we were there and still having window air conditioners in the bedroom windows even when they were completely turned off allowed the very cool night air inside making for extremely chilly sleeping, 2) there is a board sticking up above the rest of floor across the threshold of the doorway from the downstairs bedroom to the adjacent bathroom which tripped up my wife several times nearly causing her to fall and finally, 3) nothing but Teflon pots and pans in the kitchen "YUCK" how about some real pans instead (had I known I would have brought my own) .. Overall, a nice holiday home, 5 Star even with its several little flaws ..

The time spent at Peaceful Pines was an infusion of energy. The property is just as advertised. It is secluded and peaceful; a great place to wind down and go off the grid if necessary. They have all the necessary cooking utensils, comfortable beds, a nice soaker tub and a warming fireplace. If you're looking for a place to get away from it all that isn't all the far away from some good restaurants, this is it. I highly recommend this cabin and look forward to a return a trip.

The host and amenities are nothing but perfect !I’ve stayed here several times and can’t brag enough about the host and the most wonderful tucked in gem in the middle of the woods, that leaves me with nothing but comfort and peace and happiness. it is so serene no matter what time of year you go if you’re looking for a weekend or a week I’ve just solitude and quality time with friends or family. This is the place.!
