Thank you for staying with us. We’re very sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations and for the series of issues you described. After receiving your feedback we inspected the home and took action. The keypad was checked and serviced and housekeeping inspected the kitchen items and deep cleaned those needing attention. We'll better explain on the listing that the second floor full bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms and that this home has 2.5 baths. There is a twin bed in the bedroom you discussed in your review, it's stored under the queen bed. It's a roll out twin. I'm so sorry this wasn't better explained in your calls with our team. We have addressed this with them and cleared up their confusion. Please message us through Vrbo if you’d like us to review anything further from your stay.
