The villa has 4 bedrooms with double-size beds , 3 bathrooms living room ,one fully equipped kitchen and one kitchenette .All the rooms and the living room have tv and air-conditions.
The 3 floors are connected with interior stairs.
Ground floor :one bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchenette which provides you total separation from the rest of the house with the private entrance .
First floor: one bedroom, one bathroom , kitchen with dinning table , living room , main entrance.
second - floor : two bed rooms with one bathroom a small sitting area and balcony.

The Villa is located 2.3 klm from the airport and 2.7 klm from the capital of Argostoli .
Is the most convenient location for the most famous local beaches on the East side of the island , all of them sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants.
The villa has great view of olive groves and vineyards .

Less than a klm away from one of the most famous winery of the island which is open to the public.

Last about 50 meters away from the local bus stop.

Our villa is providing cleaning and change of towels and bed sheets every 2and a half days/or one a week.
Our visitors will find travel size ,shower gel, shampoo and hand soap.

The villa is equipped with iron, iron board, washing machine, hairdryers, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker , kettle and all the kitchen electrical appliances.
