Welcome to Pelican House, a spacious and beautifully modern Lakes Entrance getaway where contemporary comfort meets coastal serenity. With sweeping ocean views and a large wrap-around deck, its the perfect place for families, friends and even your dog to unwind and recharge by the water.

Inside, you'll find four restful bedrooms, one queen with an ensuite and walk-in robe, one double, one with two singles and another double, sleeping up to eight guests, plus a large living space with split-system air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep things cool. The full kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and BBQ, flowing seamlessly into the open dining and living area. Two bathrooms make group stays easy, while laundry facilities include a top-loader washing machine, iron, ironing board and a clothes horse. The backyard is generous and allows for your boat, pets, or kids to roam with ease.

Fun holiday

Great property, great views and sunsets, great for people with dogs. Plenty of utensils, cooking equipment, bbq etc. Did have an ant problem, needs eradication of ant nests.feont front law

Plenty of room for pets even though we decided not to bring any. All rooms very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, plates etc. Had some issues with internet- tv-streaming apps connection, not a big issue. Garage door remote a bit bit touch and go, could do with an upgrade. All in all a 9 out of 10.Thank you.

One bedroom had no bedside table and lamp and the wardrobe lacked a rail for hanging clothes.The toilets could do with a small waste bin.
