Excellent, new, well-kept home!

We loved our stay at this property! Beautifully appointed, well maintained home about 25 minutes from Disney World. Plenty of space for our family, and very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Getaway!!

My family stayed at this property for a week for spring break. It was a perfect good space for our family. We are a group of 11. There was enough space for all of us and the on suite bathrooms for a majority of the rooms gave us great privacy. We loved having a private pool and hot tub but also access to the resort pool. Everyone enjoyed their time. Location was great and easily accessible to Disney and restaurants and shops. We drove from Chicago so it was such a relief to arrive and not have any surprises or feel like we were misled about the property. It was very clean when we arrived and set up exactly as we were told. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again when visiting the Orlando area. Also the resort pool and restaurant were wonderful. Food at the resort was really good. Kids loved the pizza and the pool was clean and staff friendly.

Thanksgiving visit

The house is very spacious which was great for our week long visit with extended family. It was super clean and the one minor maintenance issue we had on arrival was fixed promptly. The home itself was great but we were surprised how crowded the neighborhood was. It was loud at times with cars driving through playing loud music and a house across from our pool had huge crowds of people, a couple of them outside smoking weed periodically. They weren’t loud or obnoxious but just a lot of coming and going. Cars were parked all over despite everything that was posted about no street parking and a 3 car limit. I know it was a holiday weekend and everything was crowded and it did get quieter after the holiday. Regardless we had a great week and enjoyed the layout, space and amenities of this property

Sawyer Palm Place

One of the bathrooms smelled like a prior guest had a dog. We didn’t use it because of that reason. One of the beds was broken. We didn’t need to use that bed either so it worked out. There isn’t allot of cookware so we had to buy our own. The dryer was broken so we hung our clothes out to dry which was very inconvenient. Most of the issues we had we discussed with global and they were quick to respond and help! I recommend global not necessarily this particular house. All in all we had a great time.

We are sorry to hear this review. Please note that upon your departure, since you requested for us to not fix any issues during your stay, we did not, we check the beds that you said were broken and found that the bed was off the track, and not broken. When you reported that the pool heat was not working, we did have a tech check the pool heat and it was working perfectly fine. We do supply the basic amount of cookware in all of our vacation rentals, I am sorry that you did not think it was enough. And lastly, we did not find the dryer to be broken. We are happy to hear that our staff responded and helped effectively and efficiently. We will always strive to do the very best for all of our guests!

Family Vacation

This vacation rental gave us everything that we needed. It was spacious enough for 12 family members aged 12-48! The place was clean and the location was great !

Good House,Sketchy Location

House was great! Big and spacious and everything was in great condition. However the neighborhood, Solara, was not good at all. Constant weed smoking and loud music and not really that suitable for families. I loved the house but would not rent in this area again.

Choose from an abundance of activities offered in the stunning centerpiece clubhouse. Solara Resort features a competition-level FlowRider® Surfing Simulator, allowing you to “hang 10” and catch waves all day long. Enjoy the heated Grand Pool, fitness center, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields and basketball courts. In addition, Solara is a security gated - 24/7. As noted, the location to the Disney Theme parks is superb with Disney having a gate easily accessed from the resort.

The clubhouse offers a restaurant on-site that has a chef that prepares a specials menu weekly. I have eaten at the restaurant more than a dozen times, and the food is gorgeous. They chef also prepares a specials menu every week. The clubhouse has an ice cream shop, bar, and a coffee bar. Need snacks or maybe a Disney t-shirt? Check out the gift shop located right in the clubhouse. They have bars by the pool as well so you can grab a cocktail right at your lounge chair.
