SUN RIDGE VILLA est la maison idéale pour que vous et votre famille puissiez profiter ensemble. La maison est une maison de deux étages avec 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains. Lorsque vous entrez dans cette propriété, vous pouvez instantanément voir à quel point la maison est spacieuse. La premiÚre chambre que vous trouverez est sur la droite et comprend un grand lit king-size et une télévision à écran plat. Cette suite principale dispose de la meilleure salle de bain de toute la maison. Il a une monstrueuse, douche italienne avec une grande vanité qui a deux lavabos. Les toilettes sont situées dans le coin prÚs de la lingerie.

En continuant dans le reste de la maison au niveau principal, vous trouverez la belle cuisine ouverte qui abrite une belle Ăźle pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. L'Ăźle est parfaite pour cuisiner et divertir vos invitĂ©s en mĂȘme temps. La salle Ă  manger donne sur le patio et la piscine oĂč vous pouvez regarder les enfants nager. Le salon Ă  droite dispose d'un ensemble de canapĂ© moderne, tout neuf et trĂšs confortable. L'Ă©cran plat est accessible si votre famille veut regarder quelque chose Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©vision. Il y a aussi un bain de piscine au niveau principal qui a accĂšs par une porte de la piscine, le rendant trĂšs facile pour un accĂšs rapide.

La piscine a une grande zone oĂč il y a Ă  manger Ă  l'extĂ©rieur pour 6. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose Ă©galement d'une piscine et d'un spa.

En montant au deuxiĂšme niveau, vous trouverez un espace de vie supplĂ©mentaire ainsi que les quatre autres chambres. À la droite de l'escalier, vous trouverez la deuxiĂšme suite principale. La deuxiĂšme suite principale au deuxiĂšme niveau a un lit king size et une salle de bain privĂ©e. Il y a aussi deux chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage, chacune avec deux lits jumeaux.

Stayed here with the family. Very nice house and pool. Stocked kitchen. We had an issue with extensive lines at the gatehouse on a lot of days due to lack of staff but this was no fault of the property owners/agent. Would stay again.

Spacious, lovely property

House was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great bonus and easy distance to centre of the resort. Had one issue with patio door and management company fixed it immediately, couldnt have asked for more. Highly recommended for large family wanting to be easy distance to parks.

Amazing Vacation

We had such a great vacation ! The house was amazing the pictures don’t do it justice the kitchen fabulous . Having the pool heated in the back yard was great . The resort was fantastic fun for adults and children . Was able to see the fireworks from the backyard at night ! We came down to watch our older daughter play softball for spring break .We will be renting again next year Thank you for such a great house and stay

Well maintained property

This is a well maintained property, that is in good condition. During our stay we found a shower drain was clogged and the pool heat did not function. I called the property management and both issues were handled promptly. We enjoyed our time staying at this home.

The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the park. The kids enjoyed the game room although not air conditioned they could only play out there for 15 minutes at a go due to the heat. We enjoyed our stay but the home has some quirks. It’s very warm as AC is set at 74 permanently and becomes uncomfortable at night due to the home also not having any ceiling fans. The beds are also very uncomfortable as they seem to be the $300 specials that you would buy from a discount store. Those are personal opinions but I’d stay again.

Multigenerational Disney Vacation

We had a fabulous time in this location. The pool and hot tub were clutch and the kids were in immediately upon arrival and any minute we would allow them. We requested the heat for the pool and hot-tub and it was ready to go upon arrival and worth the extra cost! The game room in the garage was fun for all ages. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living room was great for our group to all eat and entertain together. Rooms were all spacious and as expected. The only issue was with the lock on the sliding door missing a pin on one side and was leveraging a make-shift stopper. When this fell off, the property resolved first with a temporary solution and then sent someone to permanently fix. They were very responsive and communicative about the process. The pool was cleaned on Wednesday as they mentioned it would. If we were to go back, we would definitely stay here again!

Not Happy about our stay

Reviewer Comments: While this rental is beautiful there are serious flaws with the property. 1st the glass sliding door lock was broken so we had to use a tree twig to hack it to appear to be locked the freezer continually dripped so we had to keep a towel on thd floor the entire stay we had neighbors that partied all weekend even after the Alloted hours and security refused to enforce them to shut it down. The owners never responded when I told them about the lock which showed me they didn't even care about our safety...

Balanced Review

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several rentals & understand the need for pool heat in winter. This rental was selected specifically because pool heat was “included”. We arrived Saturday night to an ice cold pool. It takes time for temps to come up, so we immediately reached out to management to either fix the pool heat fixed or move us to a different rental before we settled in. Sunday, still no response after multiple calls/emails. Monday, we finally received a canned email letting us know they “confirmed the heat was on” prior to our arrival and the heat pump only works from 8am-8pm & shuts off if temps drop below 56. We were instructed to simply wait and sorry for the inconvenience. There’s no way the pool heat was on before we got there. Three days into vacation, on our own and still no pool heat, we discovered the breaker was tripped. By Thursday we were finally able to use the pool. Nobody ever called or stopped by to check on the situation after we informed them that we fixed the breaker. Overall, the house is in a great location w/plenty of room. Some things need attention: carpet/upholstery stains, burnt out lights, dusty baseboards, dried ‘drool’ on underside of comforter. If you plan to stay for any length of time, bring cleaning spray, hot pads, salt & pepper, dishcloth, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee & #4 cone shaped coffee filters, toilet tissue, paper towels, pool towels, garbage bags, ice, insulated drink cups. I purchased cutting mats & brought my own chefs knife. Instacart delivers, groceries are not far away. There were small ants in the kitchen near the coffeemaker, not entirely unexpected for Florida. Resort clubhouse & pool were nice and we used that option until our pool was usable. Note there is very little sun on pool deck. Reservation & check in/out was easy. Just beware of the non refundable reservation. Once you book, you’re locked in.

Cute House, Nice Neighborhood

There is not a lot of lighting in the house..all rooms, except the kitchen, only have a tableside lamp..most the bedrooms only had 1. Several light bulbs were burnt out and there were no working outside front lights. The water/ice in fridge don't work and the spa/hot tub never got warm..the pool was warmer than the spa when running. We did kill a couple cockroaches while we were there. My husband had to re attach the dryer hose as it wasn't hooked up. The rooms and beds were all nice, just couldn't see anything in rooms due to poor lighting. The shower pressure in the upstairs master was non-existent but all others was great. Overall it wasn't a horrible stay but things definitely need to be addressed to make it better.

May 2021 Stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was clean and comfortable, and the roominess is spectacular. Florida Spirit Vacations has been good to work with regarding a credit we had from 2020, and communication has been good overall. Our only disappointment was the pool and spa seemed really cold. We even called Florida spirit on the first day of our stay to request the heat be turned on. It cost is $113.50 for the pool/spa heat and it never warmed up. I reported it, and they had their pool guy supposedly come check the temp manually, which he said was fine. It wasn’t. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do that due to their policy. Anyway, we would have loved to have seen those temp gauges ourselves because there’s no way the water was 85 in the pool and 102 in the spa. Other things to be noted might be that there’s absolutely no extra kitchen supplies (foil, salt, coffee filters, etc), so be sure and bring your own.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful, clean home. In a great at location. The home is exactly as pictured. We had neighbors on both side and had no issues. The community basketball, tiki bar, and gym were great! We stayed 5 nights and look forward to booking again.
